Gorak reigned over the mortal realms for two painful years. For Dela, those two years were spent in captive luxury, but for the rest of the world, and for the other mortal realms, they were hellish.
With his reckless ambition to become the most powerful Keeper, Gorak had hatched a despicable plan.
To unnaturally grow the level of negative energy felt by mortals in all the mortal realms by inflicting pain through war, enslavement and torture. And absorb it all to become the most powerful Keeper.
But there were laws against that. No Keeper was allowed to indiscriminately reveal themselves or their existence to mortals, let alone destroy or inflict pain upon the Creator's most beloved and fragile creations.
If Keepers were allowed to do as they pleased, the balance would definitely be offset, and that would begin the destruction of all the realms; mortal and immortal.
...
Gorak did not care for the rules or for his duty as a Keeper, to keep the balance of the realms. He cared only for himself.
So he built a mighty army of dark forces and spread them out to conquer the mortal worlds; mismanaging his powers and breaking the most sacred of the Keeper's rules which is to "Keep the Balance".
______
First, he attacked three mortal galaxies, in which he had found planets with intelligent mortal beings (Equinox, Arphelia and Earth) at the same period of time, inflicting as much pain as he could.
His target was intelligent mortal beings; beings capable of feeling negative emotions. Thus he attacked and conquered whatever galaxy that contained planets with intelligent mortals.
And when he found his fated on planet Earth, he made Earth his base; only travelling the Universe once every other day to systematically destroy other galaxies, conquering the mortal realms piece by piece.
On Earth, Gorak and his demon henchmen captured and imprisoned people from all over the planet and transferred them in cages and chains to be tortured in his Fortress of Tortures in the West World.
Capture and torture, but not kill them all because it was not in his best interest to kill his victims. He needed to get as much negative emotion from each mortal being as he could. It was in his best interest to rather keep the majority alive and milk them daily for negative emotions.
And those who were killed were used to create mourning or paint scary, gory images of disaster to break the will of his victims.
...
People of varying ages, colours and races, with different colours of eyes and hair, and all the beautiful skin colours existent, be they noble or commoner, rich or poor, were captured and transported in cages and chains to Gorak's massive dungeon city in the West World.
And just as he wreaked havoc on Earth, Gorak did the same on Arphelia, Equinox, and on every other planet of mortals he invaded.
___
Soon, he had captured all mortals on the first three planets, and gone on to spread his terror to other planets of intelligent beings in the mortal realms. Destroying, capturing and torturing mortals to cultivate as much negative emotion as is possible within the shortest period of time.
He was a real monster.
The devastation Gorak brought with him caused all humans and mortals to be filled with fear, pain, sorrow, hopelessness and devastation.
Of course, no one could stand up to Gorak the conqueror. He was a god. Their planets were doomed to be utterly destroyed.
These negative feelings fueled Gorak's powers, and true to his expectations, he grew stronger and stronger until he ranked as one of the most powerful gods.
Enslaving mortals did prove to be the fastest way for Gorak to achieve his ambition of becoming the most powerful of all!
...
______
Gorak had gone too far.
Seeing Gorak's activities, the Council of Keepers summoned him to their Headquarters in the Keepers Realms to "give reason for his rogue activities".
They had earlier sent countless warnings to prevent his continuing invasions and enslaving of mortals, but Gorak would not heed them.
Disobeying a summons of the Council came with terrible consequences. But still, Gorak did not care.
He was more focused on acquiring power.
Answering the Council's summons now, there was no way he would escape confinement and a grueling punishment. But if he became the most powerful, then even the Council would be unable to take him down.
He was so close!
It would be crazy for him to stop what he was doing now when he was closest to his goal than he had ever been.
So again, Gorak ignored the Council's summons. And by ignoring the summons, he challenged the entire governing Council of Keepers, composed of the most powerful gods existent.
Just imagine... challenging an entire group of the most powerful gods. Gorak was indeed gutsy.
But Gorak didn't care. He was also one of the most powerful now. He felt he could face them, and even defeat the most powerful, as long as he grew stronger. But he was hastily underestimating the Council.
They were patient and forgiving. But not that patient and forgiving.
...
Indeed, the Council of Keepers had tolerated Gorak long enough, expecting him to do what was right and cease his destructive activities so they could spare him his inevitable disgraceful end. But he wasn't letting up.
___
So far Gorak had about half the mortal realms. Billions of galaxies were under his control! And he was growing even more powerful.
No one, not even Gorak himself had never really expected him to have come this far so soon. Imagine how powerful he would be if he conquered the whole thing!
Energised, Gorak and his forces worked hard at conquering more and more.
At this point, the balance had begun to be offset. The Council could no longer ignore Gorak's activities. They had to put an end to Gorak's reign of terror instantly.
So the Head Keeper; Stratera, Keeper of the Balance, along with the Council of Keepers, decided to make their move.
They appointed three powerful gods of high rank;
Fiyah, Keeper of Fire, Mmiri, Keeper of Water/Life, and mother of Keepers, and Artemis Keeper of Vegetation/Health to deal with Gorak and his excesses.
He was too powerful now for only one or even two gods to deal with him. But these three high ranked gods would definitely end his exuberance.

Meanwhile, Gorak, energised by his success, rather than stop, moved up his plans, and invested even more of his time into conquering the realms and committing further atrocities.
But more time conquering worlds meant less time spent training Dela. Gorak would be gone for days unending. He could be gone for 5 days at a time, leaving Dela to train all on her own, and this slowed down Dela's quick advancement.
This, would ultimately lead to a slight domestic problem because although Gorak's unavailability did not prove a problem at first, it would eventually cause Dela's betrayal.
Nonetheless, Dela worked hard, doing her best. She had proved to be a genius with her speedy advancements, and was quickly approaching the "Finite" stage where she would receive powers from Gorak and become immortal.
Soon she would become immortal! Dela couldn't wait. Her eagerness pushed her to work harder and harder, relentlessly.
____
Meditating in her room outside training hours, Dela sat in the centre of her bed cross legged. She had just hours before, finished a training session with Gorak. They had ended up doing it on the training grounds right after her lessons, and then he had to leave with an army of dark forces to conquer more worlds.
The healing pool, the combat platform, the suspension and strength test chains... she could never look at them in the same way ever again.
But somehow, after doing it a good number of times with Gorak, their wet bodies rolling about on the grounds, rather than feel tired, she was feeling stronger and more refreshed. Re-energised!
He had said though, that at some point, her body would be able to synthesise his energy, and so it was necessary to do it right after training, but she just thought he made that up out of his pervy imaginations.
'So it was true... Who knew?', she mused, laughing to herself.
Well, now she felt powerful, like a ball of energy had just broken within her and was fueling her with an insane rush of adrenaline. And the wise Dela, was determined to put it to good use. Thus, she started meditating.
During the training, Gorak had also said that she was very close to the finite stage. Apparently, their insane workout after the training session had provided Dela with the necessary boost she needed to break through!
...
After 5 hours straight of deep meditation, Dela could suddenly feel her energy rising. Her veins were channelling raw energy and pouring a huge dose of what felt like an electric charge into her meridians... filling them up to bursting.
She was about to break into the finite stage!
