Capítulo 104: No regrets

Unbeknownst to Kaoma while she had been working steadfastly on Maxixe she was being observed by his cousin Aiden from the doorway.

He had watched her as Kaoma studied the damage done to Maxixe before drawing a conclusion of how best she could assist him.

Unlike his struggle to get Maxixe to eat something for breakfast Kaoma had none of that struggle getting him to eat something for supper. 

Maxixe was like malleable clay in Kaoma's hands, willing to be easily molded in her hands.

Aiden had never seen his cousin act lovesick like this around any other woman.

What made Kaoma so different from all the others that came before her?

Even when she poked around his bruises and the wound on the back of his head.

Not once did he flinch or raise his voice in anger like he did with Aiden and he marveled at that fact.

At one point he thought she was going to burn the house down when he watched her light a needle afire.
