Not all prisoners are guilty, and deserved to be locked. some are just need to be protected and kept on.
what would you do if you're in a position where you are needed to be locked in a room where no one is allowed to see you?. would you seat still and obey the rules they made just for you?, or were you able to stand up and fight for your own rights?.
