Capítulo 111: DRENCHED

The next morning, Lexine was awoken by Quira. Unlike the unruly methods that Aurinda used to wake her, Quira was much more ruthless.

After knocking for a few minutes, Quira realized that Lexine was not going to open the door for her.

She sighed lowly before snapping her fingers. The gem on her lip ring glowed and she made a vine grow long enough to wrap itself around the sleeping Lexine.

Lexine was then tossed out of the bed and onto the floor. Reluctantly, she pushed herself off of the floor before opening the door.

Quira gave her a soft smile, "Did I wake you?"

Lexine gave her the stink eye, but moved to allow her to enter the room. Quira plopped herself onto the bed, "Taevlin instructed that I should explain to you how you should act around the Sylph Dowager. He said Deevine has been teaching you how to act more like a sylph?"
