If one or two players were screaming about a bug in the game, the operating company might not treat that as a big issue. However, when a large number of players have the same reaction, if the company didn't want the game to shut down, they would have no choice but to take countermeasures. But, when the operating company investigated half a day and finally concluded that everything in the game was running normally, it was clear how helpless the company was then.

If there was really a bug in the game, it would be a minor issue for the operating company. They could simply modify the bug and that would be it. But the problem now was that there seemed to be no issues at all, yet countless players believed there was a bug in the game. How can an unexplainable situation like this be addressed by the operating company?
