Resumen

I just want to say that the main character you have read 10 chapters of is dead. Someone takes the place of the main character and you start reading his story.
Not so good imo, the mc is a childish brat even when he's reincarnated. Essentially, an adult, but attacked a child with full conscience. Second, his powers and nerfs are dumb. He's mentally unstable because he's a few days away from the full moon. Honestly, the logic is dumb. Third, how tf is a partial transformation more costly than a full one? Like, really? Anyway, is it worth reading? maybe.
The plot is too elaborate, God's prologue is superfluous The government should have solutions for your quirks problem as it is being extremely useless.
It is an interesting idea but being able to get new powers is something very common, but the protagonist's own power could make the story have another twist. If the author does it right it could be a good work
Author here, Turns out I have a problem with starting things while I am in the middle of other things. Not great when you are writing other FanFics. Oh well, nothing to be done but struggle daily to release chapters at an appropriate rate. I will try my best to release at lease once a week, maybe more, but I give no promises. a pretty good start, but got disappointed at chap 13 or so onward. Why make him able to use other quirks and that needless mind space with the victims he had consumed? don't think that is necessary. Should have just sticked to the werewolf thing you got there, but you do you.
