A/N:- I know, synopsis sucks. But well, I added what you needed to know to start reading my work.
It's not a crossover since the MC will only have the Ultimatrix not like any character of the Ben 10 verse would be appearing in MHA.
The MC would be overpowered, but surely there would be some struggle, but no nerfing.
If you are looking for some fanfic where MC is an arrogant prick who knows nothing but to insult others, then don't read this.
