Capítulo 4: Not all the nurses are yasashi
'Oh, so this is the function of the system? Giving me a random quirk every day? Holy, I'm going to be so overpowered! Forget about the plan to leave Japan! I'm staying! Come here, All for One! I'll kick your ass... in ten years.'
Naoyuki started to laugh like freak inwardly, he was already creating a scenario in his mind: Naoyuki — 'The Strongest Man on Earth', 'Hero #1 of the world', 'The most powerful principal of the U.A. in history'. He lives in an artificial island that travels the world, and just appears when the earth is in crisis.
His fans are over all the globe, and some people even praise him as the new religion.
His face will the most popular in the planet, that any president or super star may surpass his high-profile. When people do plastic surgeries, they'll say: "I want to look like Naoyuki! The big hero!"
He'll have a thematic park, like a certain malevolent mouse- kof kof, and the kids would be delighted to take a picture with the workers wearing the mascot costume.
People will release hundreds of documentaries and movies about Naoyuki's life, and he will have a special holiday in the year, be it for his birthday or the day he became a hero.
And of course, a lot of one-chan's will want him to sign autographs, and maybe some naughty girl will scream: "Sigh it right here!"
"Hehe~ hehehe~"
More and more ideas came up to his mind, but he tried to calm down himself a bit. It's too early to decide what will happen in 10 years, what if nothing result as he wants?
Or this world isn't as simple as the manga described.
Naoyuki took a deep breath.
He wasn't the kind of people that set high expectations, because in case of failure, the disappointment would be bigger too.
Just to refresh his mind, Naoyuki clicked the second skill slot to see what happens.

'Will I get two quirks per day with this?' Naoyuki clicked yes.
[Not enough Hero points]
'Oh, that's right, I just have 3 of these points, and it came with the new quirk I just got.' Naoyuki checked his system, the new quirk didn't change anything of his attributes, but he believes that some quirks would improve his body condition.
'By the way, how does this new quirk called 'ear sticker' works? Sounds like I need to take off my ears and paste it in somewhere.' Naoyuki opened the description of the quirk.
"Knock-knock-knock!" A sound interrupted Naoyuki's though.
'Huh?'
The sound came from the door.
Naoyuki closed everything on the system panel to go check who was outside.
After opening the door, Naoyuki got a surprise, it was no one else but his own 'mother'.
The woman smiled when she saw Naoyuki, watching that the boy was conflicted whether to speak or not, she always so patient and sympathetic, started the conversation.
"Nao-chan! As I promised, I brought you your favorite onigirazu. Don't I deserve a kiss?" The mother showed the plastic bag in her hands, and then crouched down at the child's height, turning the cheek in the direction of the child's face.
After thinking a bit, and with intentions to prevent the mother from suspecting, Naoyuki came over to her cheek.
"Mwah."
The woman looked happier after the gift of her son, and couldn't help but kiss her child back.
"Mwah!"
Then, she walked into the room.
"Sorry for being so late, but mama had so much work, and there were so many people in the subway, apparently everyone was out of work at that time." She made a helpless expression.
"Come here, don't stay in the door."

Once Naoyuki was back on the bed, the mother took a chair in the room, and sat next to her kid. She opened the plastic takeaway box that was inside the bag, and gave one of the four 'Rice sandwiches' to Naoyuki, the rest she put them away in the desk.
Naoyuki looked at the onigirazu in his hands, and then to the woman who was putting a napkin over his legs, to not dirty the bed.
"You have already eaten?" Naoyuki finally said his first words to the woman, to avoid that the woman could suspect, he added "…okasan?"
The woman kept silence for few seconds, then responded:
"Yes, I already ate at my work place. But thanks for worrying about mom."
Naoyuki looked at the eyes of 'his mother', she was lying, that could fool a four years old kid, but definitely not Naoyuki. And because he didn't want to take advantage of the mother role kindness, he split the onigirazu in two and gave it in to the woman.
The woman clearly didn't expect that, after few seconds of shock, she smiled, and started to eat the half onigirazu too.
The room was quiet, there were only some sounds of chewing food left.
After some moments of awkward silence for Naoyuki, but harmonious tranquility for the woman, Naoyuki broke the quietness.
"Mom, I need to tell you something."
The woman covered her mouth with food inside with her hand, and spoke: "What is it? Did you piss off the nurse?"
"No, not that, I have been a good boy for the last two hours." Naoyuki said, trying to behave like a child as much as possible. Subsequently of a little pause, he took courage and talked again:
"The thing is… I think I forgot a lot of things." After all, Naoyuki decided to spit part of the true. "I remember you, but I don't remember where do we live, or who is my father, or how does my friends look like… I don't remember anything of that."
The mother was astonished, that didn't even realize that her onigirazu fell to the bed sheet. Her hands started to shake, and slowly were used to cover the low part of her face, some tears dropped off. But the thing Naoyuki could see was not sadness or sorrow, it was actually... happiness?

"Eto-san right? The doctor wants to talk with you about the patient." Just in the moment when Naoyuki was about to ask why she was crying, a nurse interrupted in the room.
She wasn't the nurse that did the medical tests with Naoyuki, actually, her face was a bit unfamiliar.
The mother picked up the piece of food on the bed before the nurse could realize, and asked stolidly, like if the person that was crying wasn't her.
"Where's the doctor?"
The nurse answered with her distant voice: "In the room B-302, at the right side of the hallway."
Naoyuki pulled his mother's arm so she couldn't leave.
"Don't worry Nao-chan, mom just need to leave really quick, you'll stay here with miss nur-"
But before she could finish her sentence, she realized that the face of the nurse was like saying: 'no, I'm not going to take care of that kid.', they made eye contact, and the nurse realized that the mother knew her thoughts, and the mother realized that the nurse realized that she realized that, and the nurse realized that the mother realized that she realized that the mother realized that, and the mother realized tha- ok! Stop!
In short, the atmosphere turned a little awkward, this was a kind of embarrassment that only adults could understand, so, Naoyuki as a mature 28 years old adult decided to maturely pretended nothing was happening, after all, he was just a child who didn't understand the complications of the world of adults (*/ω＼*)
"........" Mother.
"........" Nurse.
No one talked, both were waiting the other person to take the shame of the situation, everything would keep like this, eternal… until somebody broke the tension.
"I can take care of the kid if you don't mind" It was the old man of the next bed, who finally woke up, or that's what he wants people to believe. "Your son and me had a really nice conversation before, right?"
Now everybody looked at Naoyuki.
"......."
Naoyuki knew that the weight of the conversation was now over his shoulders, if he says no, there will be one more awkward person in this room, and he'll be razed too, with no chance to play dumb like before.
"Sure."
Hearing that, the nurse ran off before somebody in the room could regret the decision.
And the mother did so too a minute after the nurse had run.
'Nothing weird happened in this place.' Everyone dissimulated.

Gstttryjbogssgf For the people that were asking the uploading schedule of this novel… right now I'm uploading a 1.5k+ words chapters every 2 days. I apologize for the slowness of my writing; I'll try to improve to make my self capable to upload one chapter per day.
Since English is not my first language, I do need to take my time to research the words I use. (The other day I wrote heroin instead of heroine) And researching the original manga data is time consuming too.
So please, be patient with me.
