Capítulo 5: The village

After accepting the quest you and Anton started walking towards the edge of the forest.

"So anton can you tell me what I should expect when we exit the forest?"

After looking at you strangely for a second he responded.

"Depending on where we come out at you should probably expect a fight, or just some open fields

You nod at that as that was what you were expecting as well, but it's always good to have confirmation

After having your guess confirmed you and anton exited the forest to find yourself in a large field with what seems to be a village in the distance which you confirm with your enhanced eyesight. Of course you know it would probably be a bad idea to go in gung-ho as one it seems regular humans don't like cyborgs and two your only level 1 and you don't have anyone to help you except anton.

While anton is technically a companion that can fight right now he's pretty useless. So you ask him what we should do. Either go around or fight the village.

"Well if you ask me i'd say we just go in there grab what we need and leave. After all unless you have some food on you neither of us will last very long without some supplies."

After thinking it over you agree and the two of you start walking over there to "meet" The locals. Of course the second you were seen everyone instantly started screaming cyborg and running around like headless chickens.

After about five minutes of just watching this happen a group of 7 men came out of the village with iron spears. Of course you quickly scanned them to figure out what you were dealing with.

So it seems that most of them were level two definitely a fight even with your cyborg enhancement bonus for melee. That level three though will probably be your hardest fight out of all or them. Eventually the one with the highest level speaks.

"What do you want cyborg scum?"

Well that was rude.

"Oh i'm just here to look at some of the things your village supplies such as food and the like. As

while i'm not very hungry I will be eventually and plus I gotta feed this one here."

You point at anton as you say that.

"How about you and your little friend get out of here before I put my spear up your cyborg ass."

After he says that you know that a fight is pretty much guaranteed so you re-equip the combat knife and show it off before saying in your most threatening voice possible.

"How about I show my knife down your throat for getting in my way to get this child some food?"
