Resumen
So there I was, a 17-year-old boy, criticizing a novel where the protagonist had a "Holy Mother" complex while writing a review:
"@Ritzerthebest: The system given to the protagonist should be called 'The Holy Virgin System.' Damn, the author must have a serious brain problem thinking the protagonist would maximize its potential with that trap."
After pressing the send key, the last thing I remember was grabbing a Marvel comic to read before passing out. When I opened my eyes, I wished I’d had time to reflect on why I was in a prison cell before being brutally attacked by what seemed to be... guards?
Pinned down against the cold, rough floor while they beat and stomped on me, I could only curl up like a damn worm, protecting my vital points. Inside, pain wracked my body, fear surged through me, but above all, I felt rage—a burning desire to kill the bastards who dared to hurt me.
A minute passed, feeling like hours, until they stopped. I heard the cell door slam shut. Barely conscious, I heard a faint "Ding! Initializing..."—a sound that would change my destiny forever.
