Bruce Wayne received a call from Lucius, who informed him that the street had been purchased. This brought a sense of relief to Bruce, knowing he could now prevent anyone from approaching the strange store.
"Great, please arrange security to ensure no one gets close to this area," Bruce requested.
"Is this because of that strange store that appeared out of nowhere?" Lucius, being astute, had already sensed something off.
"Yes. That store is incredibly odd. It wasn't there before, and now it's just appeared out of thin air. What exactly is it?" Lucius had been investigating IKEA's sudden appearance and discovered information that left him deeply unsettled.
"I don't know yet, which is why I need to go inside and investigate. The mimic beasts have also entered, so I have to deal with them," Bruce explained as he prepared to enter the store.
"Congratulations to Bruce Wayne for successfully containing the IKEA store. Now awarding the prize," the electronic voice announced, causing Bruce to pause and wonder what reward he might receive.
"Bruce Wayne, you are awarded the Yellow Lantern Ring."
After the announcement, Bruce found a yellow ring in his hand.
"In the DC Universe, there exists a primal force known as the Emotional Spectrum, representing seven emotions shared by all living beings: Rage, Avarice, Fear, Will, Hope, Compassion, and Love. These seven emotions are harnessed by seven different corps through the creation of powerful artifacts known as the Lantern Rings."
"The Yellow Lantern Ring embodies fear, allowing the wielder to channel the power of fear into others. The user must be able to control and instill fear."
"In addition to this, the ring grants a multitude of extraordinary abilities, such as allowing its wielder to fly in space, serve as a communication device, and store vast amounts of cosmic knowledge. Most importantly, the user can manifest their imagination into reality, creating various constructs, even living beings."
"The ring can also manipulate fundamental forces of the universe—gravity, magnetism, radiation, heat, light, and more—essentially offering limitless possibilities. However, all of this depends on the user's level of knowledge and imagination."
As Bruce listened to the explanation, he was struck by the immense power the Yellow Lantern Ring offered.
"Emotional Spectrum? Creation of the universe? Lantern Rings?" A flood of new knowledge overwhelmed Bruce, and he had to take deep breaths to calm himself.
The reward had just revealed profound secrets about his own universe, secrets that were shocking and powerful.
Diana: "The Yellow Lantern Ring… I didn't realize there were more than just the Green Lanterns."
Bruce Wayne: "What?! You know about this?"
Diana: "I have some knowledge. According to ancient texts from Themyscira, Earth faced an alien invasion in ancient times, and the Green Lantern Corps came to our aid, helping us repel the invaders."
Dan: "Oh! So your universe also has an intergalactic organization protecting it?"
Diana: "Yes, though it's different from your Ultramen."
Bruce Wayne: "Wait a minute! You're saying Earth was invaded by aliens in ancient times? And you mentioned Themyscira. Where exactly is that?"
Diana: "Damn, I said too much. I won't tell you anything else. What I've already shared is enough."
Dan: "So Earth was invaded in ancient times, even in your universe? It seems no matter the universe, some things stay the same."
Nick Fury: "Are you saying your version of Earth was also visited by aliens in ancient times?"
Dan: "Yes. Long before human civilization flourished, aliens visited Earth. Whether they invaded or were repelled is unclear. But one thing's certain: if they attacked once and failed, they'll likely return one day."
Dan sighed as he shared this, having faced similar situations multiple times in his universe.
...
In Marvel's S.H.I.E.L.D., Nick Fury's face grew grim after hearing Dan's words. It reminded him of the Kree Empire's invasion, an event that had been stopped by Captain Marvel. But who knew if the Kree would return?
Add to that the presence of Thor from Asgard—who could predict what might happen next?
"Thankfully, we've grown stronger. With Natasha's powers, the deadly Crystalvine missile, and Stark's genius, we'll be ready if another invasion happens. But it's always better to be prepared," Fury muttered under his breath.
Tony Stark: "Did I hear you right, Fury? You've dealt with this before?"
Thanks to his enhanced hearing from recent genetic modifications, Tony had overheard Fury's words and now wore a serious expression.
Fury: "It's no secret anymore. We may have to face something like that in the future."

Dragon Ball Universe
Piccolo floated in the air, staring at the screen with a grim expression. The talk of alien invasions made him think of Vegeta's escape.
Vegeta's spaceship had been destroyed, so he was still on Earth—just hiding. But where?
"This guy is like a ticking time bomb. He needs to be dealt with!" Piccolo muttered.
Piccolo: "Vegeta! Where are you hiding?!"
Piccolo had been searching for Vegeta for what felt like an eternity but couldn't find him anywhere. Frustrated, Piccolo considered using the screen to send a message and provoke Vegeta into revealing himself.
Vegeta: "Hmph! Do you really think I'll tell you? Just wait, my revenge is coming. I will become a Super Saiyan!"
Goku: "You're still hung up on that? Fine, but if you try anything bad, I won't let you off the hook."
Piccolo: "Goku, stop taking this so lightly. We need to do something and find this guy already."
Krillin: "Maybe we can use Shenron to find him."
Goku: "That won't work. The Dragon Balls can't be used for another year."
Tien: "Can't Kami track him down? Doesn't he have the power to see the whole planet?"
Piccolo: "That useless old man! He can't even scan the whole planet properly. It would take forever for him to find Vegeta one spot at a time."
Naruto: "Do you guys still have unsolved problems over there? We don't have any alien invasions in our world, right?"
Tsunade: "There's no way something like that could happen."
Bruce Wayne watched the ongoing conversation, realizing that alien problems were universal—literally.
"If aliens attacked Earth in the distant past, then they might come back one day," Bruce mused. He knew he needed to protect Earth, no matter what.
But for now, his priority was dealing with the IKEA situation.
