The situation on the scene wasn't going smoothly.
Or rather, for Arthur, the situation was just as expected.
Steve was showcasing his true skills as a "50-50" fighter, engaging in a fierce battle with Loki, exchanging blows back and forth.
As Arthur descended, Loki was pummeling Steve with his fists!
At this critical moment, Loki suddenly looked up and saw a "black" figure falling from the sky, leaving him completely bewildered.
Before he could react, Arthur in mid-air conjured a large sword out of nowhere and brought it crashing down!
In a flash of light and shadow, Loki disappeared the moment the blade was about to strike him.
"Again with this trick?"
Arthur let The Eye of Horus hover above his head and reached out to help Steve up. "Don't underestimate this guy."
Steve caught his breath and stood up, but his expression suddenly changed as he raised his shield and swung it towards Arthur's head.
This unexpected move caught Arthur off guard, and he barely managed to activate Steel Bones in time!
Clang!
The shield made close contact with Arthur's neck, and the powerful force caused him to stagger a few steps. He steadied himself, only to see Steve holding the shield, charging straight at him.
"Are you just going to crash into me?" Arthur's eyes widened as he realized what was happening.
Clearly, Steve was under some sort of influence.
Who knew who Arthur appeared as in Steve's eyes at this moment?
"Damn it!!!"
Arthur moved swiftly, evading Steve's attack.
The Eye of Horus scanned the area and spotted Loki standing on a high platform.
He looked like a king elevated above the rest of the mortals, his natural aura adding to his imposing presence.
At this moment, Arthur wasted no time and drew his gun and fired it at Loki.
Loki's figure vanished in an instant, but the wall behind him was left with two large craters from Arthur's shots.
Steve, holding his shield, chased after Arthur while the look on Arthur's face darkened; he knew he needed to deal with Steve to capture Loki effectively.
Taking a deep breath, Arthur considered summoning the Abomination but he was surrounded by a crowd, which could lead to accidental harm on some of the innocent civilians.
Amidst the swirling thoughts, he heard a whistling sound, and a shield came spinning towards him.
With a thought, he flashed to the shield, stomping it to the ground.
Arthur quickly picked it up and hurled it away with all his strength!
Steve, however, advanced a couple of steps and threw a punch.
"Aren't you going to retrieve your shield?" Arthur roared in anger when he saw this.
Steve was equally furious as he replied. "Are you training a dog?"
Despite their arguments, even though Arthur appeared different to Steve, it didn't stop them from talking.
Arthur was taken aback. "Steve, get a hold of yourself."
"No matter what your purpose is on Earth, we will stop you!!!" Steve declared as he charged forward with a series of three punches.
"I'm the Instructor!"
Arthur countered the moves, pivoting to Steve's back and giving him a shove.
Steve lost his balance, stumbled forward, and then performed a roll to recover and sprang back up.
Suddenly, someone shouted, "Go, hero!!"
As they spoke, a shield flew across the air, and Steve caught it. "No matter who you are, you can't do whatever you want!"
As the words fell, Steve swung his shield and leaped into the air, bringing it crashing down with great force.
Arthur's face darkened. How did an additional nuisance end up here?
However, after receiving feedback from The Eye of Horus, Arthur no longer felt wronged. The troublemaker was none other than Loki.
"This isn't working!" Arthur frowned. Engaging in a fight with Steve was not his goal for being here.
If this continued, not only would he fail to capture Loki, but he might also become a joke.
With a determined bite of his teeth, Arthur decided to go hard on Steve.
At that moment, Steve's true "50-50" ability was truly demonstrated.
No matter what tactics Arthur employed, Steve's shield was always there, blocking every attack.
Despite being pushed back, Steve only grew more determined.
Arthur was almost in tears seeing this scene. Was Steve seriously getting his courage in the wrong place?
As Steve charged again, Arthur couldn't hold back any longer. He summoned the Abomination, who descended from the air, grabbed Steve's leg, and hurled him away.
Arthur watched as Steve, in mid-air, expertly curled up into a ball and used his shield to land safely at some distance. Although sparks flew as the shield scraped the ground, Steve remained unharmed.
Seeing this, Arthur breathed a sigh of relief. He quickly mounted the Abomination's shoulder and leaped into the air, heading straight for Loki.
Upon reaching Loki, who was still laughing, Arthur asked, "Is this what you enjoy?"
Loki smirked, "I like it? This doesn't truly make me happy, it's just a small color in a dull life. Honestly, mortal, I like you! You're more interesting than I imagined. If you're willing to follow me, I'll give you things you never expected!"
"Sure!"
Arthur smiled slightly, spreading his arms and said, "Great King Loki, I am willing to pledge my loyalty to you."
Loki's expression turned strange immediately, "Really?"
"Really!"
Arthur nodded earnestly.
"Wise choice!"
Loki nodded and pointed his magic staff at Arthur's chest, "But I need an extra layer of security."
Before the magic staff could touch Arthur's chest, a hand had already reached out to intercept it.
The moment the hand made contact with the magic staff, it vanished along with Loki.
"It seems you're not truly loyal to me."
Arthur wasn't surprised to hear Loki's voice coming from behind him.
He only wondered, "I thought you'd try to ambush me from behind."
"Clever!"
Loki said coldly and abruptly swung his magic staff at Arthur.
A blue light surged toward him in an instant.
Arthur's figure flickered and vanished from the spot, reappearing right in front of Loki, and his sword swung through the air, missing its mark.
However, the Abomination suddenly grabbed at the empty space and pulled out a young man wearing a horned helmet.
The young man looked astonished. Arthur mounted the Abomination and said, "Do you think this trick will always work?"
Before Loki could respond, the Abomination leaped over hundreds of meters, landing on the street. With a powerful stride, he jumped again and gradually moved away!

As Arthur maneuvered the Abomination at full speed, he spoke into his earpiece to Natasha: "Find Hawkeye's current location! Loki wouldn't just appear here for no reason. It's best to contact Fury immediately and investigate his purpose for being here."
Natasha didn't respond, as there was a pilot nearby. Instead, she just cleared her throat to indicate she understood.
Arthur cut off the communication and stopped the Abomination.
They were now outside the city limits. Arthur dismounted and had the Abomination deliver Loki to him: "Actually, I'd like to have a word with you. It seems we might have a bit of time for some small talk. To ensure this goes smoothly, I'm not going to let you go, but you're free to speak now."
Loki said faintly, "Are you truly intending to submit to me?"
"You must be over a thousand years old, right?" Arthur said with a sigh. "Honestly, for someone of that age, can you stop being so childish?"
Arthur continued, "Well, I suppose I can't blame you entirely. Asgard is a feudal kingdom after all. Although Odin has been decent to me, it can't be denied that this high-handed attitude you've been raised with, thinking everyone should submit to you, is not entirely your fault."
"What are you trying to say?"
Loki frowned and tried to struggle, but the Abomination held him tightly.
Although Loki was far more powerful than an Earthling, the Abomination was clearly not an ordinary Earthling.
Even if the Abomination were on another planet, it would still be considered an unusual sight.
Loki furrowed his brow, "I thought you were with them..."
"Your understanding isn't entirely wrong, but I have some special objectives that mark me different from them," Arthur said. "And in this process, I might even be able to help you."
"Help me kill Thor? Or take over Earth?" Loki sneered as he spoke, "Well, if you can actually do that, we might even form an alliance!"
"No, I won't agree to either of those things," Arthur said. "Neither Odin nor Thor is a problem. My goal is not to harm them. As for taking over Earth… I don't think you have that capability. If one day you do manage to achieve that, then after you've eliminated everyone who resists you, the next person standing in front of you will be me!"
"So are you a Hero?" Loki sneered.
Arthur shook his head before speaking, "We both disdain to use that term so let's not use that! You don't care about it, and neither do I. But if you destroy Earth, it will be a problem for me… Where am I supposed to live?"
"…Huh?"
Loki was at a loss for how to respond to this sudden question.
"And do you really want Earth?" Arthur looked at Loki. "Or is it that you truly want the throne?"
"Of course I do!" Loki replied back.
"Bullshit!" Arthur rolled his eyes, "Are you trying to fool me?"
"Mortal!" Loki was enraged!
Arthur sneered, "You still call me 'mortal', do you really think you still have the dignity of a god?"
Being restrained, Loki's tone softened a bit.
He surveyed the situation around him and felt helpless for a moment: "What exactly do you want?"
"I plan to have a frank down to earth talk with you."
Arthur said, "What you truly want isn't the throne but the recognition of the All-Father. You wish to stand on equal footing with Thor because you are brothers! In that regard, I understand you."
Loki was stunned and suddenly laughed, "Presuming to understand the will of the gods, mortal, your stupidity amuses me!"
"Am I stupid, or are you afraid to admit the truth?"
Arthur said helplessly, "It doesn't matter if you admit it or not; it's the truth. I just hope that while you're seeking recognition, you don't stray from your path. This time, I'm even willing to let you go…"
With that, the Abomination suddenly released Loki.
Loki blinked several times and stood a hundred meters away, looking back at Arthur.
His expression was a bit complicated: "What exactly do you want to do?"
"Nothing much, I just intend to give you a chance…"
Before he finished speaking, a whistling sound came from the sky. Tony suddenly descended, and with an explosive burst of energy from his hands, Loki was sent flying.
At the same time, a shadow streaked through the air and a man carrying a shield landed next to Loki and pinned him down.
"Don't move!" Tony extended his hand and aimed at Loki: "You're under arrest, sir."
"Being still is like being a turtle…"
Arthur muttered.
"I surrender!"
Loki quickly raised his hands in submission.
Steve lifted Loki off the ground and said to Arthur, "Are you coming with us?"
Just as he spoke, lightning flashed and thunder roared from the sky.
A figure descended amidst the storm, clad in armor, with a red cape and a large hammer… no, it was Mjolnir!
Thor's entrance was highly eye-catching, with the wind and aura he brought making him look formidable.
He scanned the scene and directly approached Loki.
Steve, who had just shown vigilance, was struck by Mjolnir and sent flying several meters away.
Thor then grabbed Loki by the neck and with a swing of his hammer, the two of them disappeared.
Tony looked at Arthur in surprise: "Is that the Thor from the stories?"
Arthur shrugged: "They're brothers."
"The way of the Asgardians… is quite unconventional."
Steve, having returned, glanced at Tony and said: "We need to come up with a plan."
"I have a plan, attack!" Tony tossed out this remark and soared off after Thor and Loki.
"He doesn't quite resemble Howard…" Steve looked at Arthur and continued to speak: "He's more… reckless."
Arthur pondered for a moment: "My nephew is rather cute."
"…" Steve thought that wasn't the right term: "Did you make your decision?"
"I was originally planning to send him back to Asgard directly,"
Arthur looked up and continued, "But I changed my mind. If handled properly, perhaps…"
He didn't finish his sentence.
Steve said, "I need to check it out."
"I'll go too; it would be a pity to miss the excitement."
Arthur mounted the Abomination, and with a leap, they chased after the others.
Steve stared in disbelief and quickly boarded a Quinjet, heading towards Thor and Tony.
Throughout the journey, Arthur's gaze remained calm, contemplating various possibilities. He took a deep breath: "I hope this choice doesn't make me regret it."
