The delay would have been agreeable if there hasn't been any appointment fixed or if she would have been late in arriving.

But being all innocent on her side she just can't take the arrogance of the people around. She was already feeling a hard thumping of her heart thinking that Mr Beelzebub was not too far away from her, just a few floors above. Standing up, she walked back to the reception desk to inquire about the delay.
