The casting site was overcrowded, and Yan Jinyi sat at the judging table. For the first time, he discovered the sense of superiority of being in this position.

As expected of students of a film academy, they were all very good-looking but none of them met Yan Jinyi's expectations.

She didn't have high expectations for the actors. As long as they were handsome and their acting skills weren't awkward, she would accept them. 

However, she had much higher requirements for the actresses. She needed the actress to have a lively aura and seem bubbly even when she wasn't talking, just like herself. 

Tao Wei accompanied her throughout the entire casting process. He was rather satisfied with many of the candidates but Yan Jinyi refused to let most of them pass. Her requirements were stricter than that of the casting for Hollywood films.

"Jinyi, I think you should play the female lead."
