The background noise in the restaurant dominated the table occupied by the two sisters with no blood relationship. Both ignored the glances thrown their way from time to time, used to it, and even more so, too busy to care.

The food in front of them now seemed tasteless, making both Evelyn and the blonde not touch it anymore. It was fortunate that they had already eaten the greater part of it.

After a while, Dinaia raised her head, feeling low, and doing nothing to hide it.
