Capítulo 8: Chapter 8: COFFEE CAFE
I sat down thinking of what Amanda had told me at our discussions yesterday. It was weekend, a free day for me to rest my head and be stress free but here I am thinking about Jackson, I haven't seen him for two days now and it felt like my heart was going to burst out of my chest
" I think I need a coffee" I said to myself
Getting up from the cushion, I reached for my long coat and car keys, I left the house driving to my favorite coffee café , I have always gone there to drink coffee for almost two years now. The Barista in charge have a nice way of making coffee according to one's mood and I have always felt better drinking them, I could drive all the way from another planet to the coffee cafe just to drink their coffee. I sometimes get discount and free drinks from them since I was a regular customer.
" Anything special to add to the Americano coffee ?" One of the Barista's staff in charge asked when she has come to take my orders
" Y...yes, how did you know?" I asked curiously because I haven't met her before. She must be new here
" My Boss said you will need Americano coffee" she responded
I looked at the Barista who was making the coffee for the customers, he has always been that serious when he makes coffee, that's why you can feel that he makes it with his heart in it on every coffee he makes
" Americano coffee and any new snacks your boss could offer" I responded
" Okay miss" she responded leaving to get them.
