It has been a few weeks since he first entered into the Gremory house's life.
During this time Meelis has both suffered under the tremendous amount of information he had to learn because of his identity, and also had fun because he found the idea of learning magic, training martial arts, and the overall feeling of getting stronger.
While Meelis had been getting a decent amount of LP just by eating good meals and living the wealthy life during the first few days living in the mansion, but it was not fast enough, so Meelis decided to learn from the Harem King and take a page out of his luck.

This skill was actually a bit costly, since it cost 300LP to create, but the efforts he went through to make it were more than made up with the profits he earned from it, which allowed him to get two more skill, which will definitely be of use to him for a long time.

Because of his experience made from having access to (Advanced Life Magic) Meelis became much more sensitive to Life Force, which led him actually unlocking (Touki) on his own, despite his abysmal talent, which made him wonder if it was hard at all to unlock it since Sairaorg, someone who rivaled his talent in terms of terribleness could also unlock (Touki), at least in the future.
The other skill, he made, and as an Otaku, he was dam proud to have it,

[A fighting technique in which the user multiplies their body, Life Force(ki), and senses by X for a short burst of power. Warning using too high of a multiplier of the technique or having a weak body could cause the body to collapse.]
Because of his skills, of which he revealed them all, (Shadow Clone), (Touki), and (Kaio-Ken), so that he could train them without worry, everyone began to see him as an unlucky genius born with a great mind but a bad talent. This was great because having bad control over (Kaio-ken) is deadly, so spamming shadow clones to help him train his control and master (Kaio-ken) was a god*ow*send. Aside from this nothing much of interest has been going on. Well aside from his female interactions.
While receiving his lectures from Venelana, she would sometimes trip, landing on his face boobs first, or accidentally flash her boobs at him when her dress's straps suddenly broke under immense stress, and when training with Grayfia, sometimes his attacks would accidentally rip her clothing and revealing her underwear, or he would accidentally grab her boobs when attacking, and when defending somehow she'd end up sitting on his face, because of these frequent accidents Grayfia has developed a slight dent in her pride as a maid, cause of how frequent accidents happen when he's around and has become wary when he's around; meanwhile, Venelana took it in stride and laughed it off most of the time.
As for Sirzechs' and Zeoticus' reaction to these accidents, well they were originally dumbfounded to see it happen and especially so frequently, but after verifying that it was all an 'accident' since he couldn't possibly plan those accidents, they just let it go and laugh it off when it happens, much to Grayfia's embarrassment, which also led to her being much more strict in her training for Meelis, which also backfired much to her annoyance.
As for his progress, well because of him spamming clones when training and learning, his experience with both his skills and the combat techniques he learned from his teachers such as Surtr Second, MacGregor Mathers, and Souji Okita, have massively helped him improve and build a foundation for his future skills.
Despite all this, Meelis is still a Low-Rank Devil because out of all the progress he's made, his control was by far the fastest; meanwhile, his Demonic Power reserves have been negligible. If his previous reserves were a 16oz drink, now he's increased to a 20oz drink. Now he's really considering what type of Demonic Power stat type of growth skill he should make, since he's now personally starting to understand how bad his talent is. Which is why skills like (Shadow Clone) and (Kaio-ken) are essential combat boosters for himself.
Now, after finally getting some grasp on the basics as a Devil, he can finally start his plan, and he just what do first if it all works out, after all he did promise himself to get some payback for his petty pride.

Meelis' plan was simple, since making this incredibly OP skill was way too expensive, he first went about it the same way devils would. In the world of DxD, hypnosis, or mind alteration magic, exists, sadly it is not very powerful and is mostly used to erase the memories of regular humans to separate them from the Supernatural world, although some DxD gods have shown remarkable proficiency in the area, like Nyx.
So, how did Meelis turn a seemingly useless skill into a divine skill? Well, he was mother F'ing Meelis Zagan, he used the good ol' skill no student ever used, compartmentalization. Essentially, he took the (Mind Alteration(F)) skill and slowly edited it to boost its capabilities, which turned to (Mind Alteration(B)) until he finally reached a point where he could finally reach the final version of his desired skill, as a bonus it was also cheaper than directly saving up to make the skill directly, and now he was planning to use this skill immediately.

As Meelis walked in, he was Sirzechs, sitting at his desk looking through some documents in his office in his family's mansion, working even when he was on his day off.
"Sirzechs-sama, I have something I want to talk to you about." Meelis said as he raised his left hand towards Sirzechs.
"What did you-." Sirzechs asked, before his gaze drew blank and his eyes dimmed slightly as he stopped everything he was doing and stopped talking.
