I am a vampire, the pure bloodline of the vampire imperial family, one of the honored knights. The rumors said that I am a woman who's the most feared in this world. A swordsman who thirsted for blood and had killed a thousand lives. Everyone's eyes toward me were no matter who you are. If there are people that are blocking my path. That human girl even could make Victor face like that? I thought I was the only one...supposed to be... just me. That smile...I am the only one. Haha, I was wrong.
"Vanessa, you here? Good news! She already knows her name. Her name is Valeska. Valeska introduces yourself to Vanessa. She is the princess."
Valeska looks embarrassed and hides in his black robe. On the other hand, Vanessa just looked at her with a sharp gaze and was forced to smile in front of Valeska. She did that so Victor wouldn't feel disappointed.
"That's a pretty name. Hello, Valeska. My name is Vanessa."
Although it's been smiling unwillingly. Valeska still hiding behind his robe and escaped to the servants. Vanessa who doesn't care anymore leaves them without saying a word.
Victor shouted her name, "Vanessa!"
I'm chasing after her. I call her name but she didn't answer my word. I have no choice but to do it. So I grab her hands and place her against the wall. She didn't even see my face. What's wrong with you? Did I do something wrong to you?
"Are you hate me?"
"...Of course not."
She avoids my eyes again.
"Is there something wrong? You can tell me. I'll do everything you say."
She seems so nervous and touched her shoulders every second. I'm getting closer to her face. I thought it would work.
"Get away from me!"
"What?" Victor confused.
"I apologize. The head servant mentioned that I'm having some stuff outside. Then I'll see you tonight."
Vanessa quickly disappears by jumping from the window. Victor saw her jump can't stop her.
"Wait!?"
She was acting very strange recently. Is there something on your mind? We've been living together for more than ten years. But this is the first time I saw you like this.
"Sir?"
It was the human girl with an innocent face.
"...What's wrong, Valeska?" Victor knelt.
"Did Miss Vanessa hate me? Did Valeska do something bad?"

"Don't worry. I'll talk to her. Valeska just needs to stay here with the servant. Are you understand?"

"You better go for a while and now my main problems."
Vanessa goes back towards the mansion. She goes with sneaking around, looking around, and opening the doors room one by one. No one in here. It's very quiet like before. There were only the servants that passed by.
There is a group of servants who gathered and talk to each other, maybe gossip? Because she was curious. She heard their conversation. Those servants are talking about Valeska. The little girl is 12 years old.

"Do you think that Your Highness Prince Victor likes the Young Miss?"

"Maybe...he so cares about her."
Vanessa was silent hearing those words.
"But what about Miss Vanessa? I heard the two of them are a lover?"
"I also heard about that. But do you know? I didn't feel any affection for them. They look like a friend in my eyes."
