Resumen
In this book, we follow the journey of Benjamin, a 10-year-old child who lives on a planet once used for mining, and which is now abandoned. He is about to discover his unique power upon awakening, a rite of passage for all children in this universe. He meets Gerubael, another child his age, on his bus ride to the recovery center. Along the way, he is amazed by the magical world around him, populated by fantastic and monstrous creatures. At the awakening center, they face the anxiety of awakening and are called one by one to awaken their power. Unfortunately, an accident occurs during Benjamin's awakening.
