Capítulo 15: A behind the scenes happening

.

996 GBC, Orario, Heaven's Arena~

.

Kal walked back to the arena, his heart heavy with the conversation he had with Daenerys. A huge part of him wanted to quickly escape the city, to a quieter place.

But he was not sure if he would be able to leave the city before his super senses kicked in. From what Daenerys shared they would immediately kick in after the battle. That means in the next few ten seconds if his previous battles were anything to go by.

Orario is big, bigger than any city on Earth, Kal wasn't sure if he could escape it in a few seconds. And even if he could there would be no one to stop him outside if losses control.

At least here, there are barriers protecting the spectators, stopping him from hurting anyone.

The Adventure Guild is right beside this building. It won't take long for them to dispatch someone strong enough to stop him.

*…. Begin!!!* The announcement sounded but Kal ignored it only noticing the last words as his opponent; a lizardmen with Dragon blood charged at him.

Kal shook his head, placing everything back in his mind. It is already too late to do anything. And Daenerys promised everything would be all right. Kal can only hope she's right.

'Ahh it makes me wonder if she told me all this only at the last moment so I could not do anything to change it.'

.

Daenerys Targaryen POV~

.

It has started. I sighed looking at Kal taking down the dragon blooded lizardman. His fist easily tore through those lesser dragon scales like they were some cheap pieces of silk.

By now no one was shocked by his domineering display of strength. The crowd has long since adapted to his power. But knowing such doesn't exempt them from looking at his figure in pure wonder.

"You look disturbed…" I heard Aegon's from behind.

"I'm well, don't worry," I replied without turning back. My nigh focus was on the scene I have seen many times in my dream.

"You sur-What in bloody hell?!" It seems Aegon also noticed Kal's condition.

"This is it. This is the moment we have been waiting for." My words made Aegon snap his head towards me, if I didn't know better I would have thought his neck broke.

"What?!" He thundered, getting a glare from me.

"Can you not shout like that so close to my head?"

"Sure sure but can we focus on something more important." He said nonchalantly waving my glare off.

I wanted to rebuke but Ser Barristan interrupted.

"Leaving aside his unprincely behaviour, the Prince's words are accurate, Princess. Please expand on what you have spoken."

"I have seen this scene multiple times in my dreams. A first I thought it was just a dream but when I saw him enter the arena I knew what I saw was Dragon Dream." I said not missing Ser Barristan's recoil. It seems the word Dragon Dream had become a sore topic for the honoured knight after the stupidity of my brother.

"It is the best opportunity to raid the trafficker's hideout and steal the Dragon egg without alerting the authorities," I continued, not minding their emotional state.

"Are you sure, Danny?" Aegon calmly asked, squeezing my shoulder.

"Yes." I nodded.

"Then how do you say we proceed?" Ser Barristan questioned making me fall into deep thought.

I'm sorry Kal I could have helped you, or told you much earlier but the mission provided by Father is more important.

We have to get the Dragon egg. As long as we hatch we will be able to thwart Robert Baratheon's rebellion.

It's been already a month since Varys got the information regarding the trade of the Dragon egg. And although someone already brought it before us we can still acquire it as the egg hasn't left the Orario.

We already know its location. The only reason we didn't raid the base was because we didn't want to alert the city guards and authorities of the United Federation.

If they found out the egg, they would definitely return it to the Mother Dragon since the Dragons have gotten very agitated ever since the death of Dragonlord Veldanava. The only reason they aren't attacking humans for indirectly killing Veldanava is because he issued an order of not attacking them as his last.

But if they become ever more agitated they will attack, Veldanava's order or not. Dragons are prideful beings, they won't care about anyone if angered.

And the egg we are trying to steal doesn't just come from any Dragon it comes from the current Dragonlord Placiduxas. Good thing he's more occupied with Guy Crimson and Milim Nava currently.

If he wasn't then most of the Akashic world would have been raining thunder by now.

Sigh~ I don't know what Father's thinking right now. I know people call him mad but to steal and attempts to become the rider of Placiduxas's egg? It's as stupid as it's insulting to the Dragon Lord.

The whole Westeros would be off the map if the Dragonlord realised his egg was missing and some stupid human with lesser blood was riding it.

Rebellion would be the last of our worries then.

I know having Dragons would once again strengthen our sovereignty over Westeros but why try steal this particular egg? I know all our eggs have turned into stones but we can aquire others in some dungeons and Dragon's lair.

Seven, I'm not even sure we could bond with this egg after all it comes from an Ancient Dragon.

"I. Said. STOP!!!" Kal's thunderous voice snaps me out of my thoughts just as my head snaps in his direction.

Ignoring the flickering barrier tanking the sonic waves following Kal's voice. I saw him exhaling breathlessly and those breaths freezing everything surrounding him.

The crowd went silent which seemed to calm him down slightly but the next moment they roared even louder.

The Kal screamed again this time two fiery red fires or what otherwordlers called Plazma flew from his eyes.

They collided with the barrier, bathing the whole arena in crimson. The barrier flickered a few times but ultimately it held without any problem.

""Woahhh!!!!"" The crowd holding their breaths roared even louder agitating Kal futher.

He suddenly disappeared, appearing before the barrier floating a few meters above the ground.

His right arm reeled back in a punching stance, his godly muscles rippling with untold power as he prepared to slam the barrier.

*Boom!*

The barrier ripples- no it shakes crazily like a small boat under the fury of the storm god from his furious blow.

Before the barrier could stop shaking, Kal punched again… then again and again. He starts punching continuously. The barrier created by the Adventure Guild is no doubt mighty but it is designed to absorb the Magicules of its attacker to strengthen itself.

But Kal isn't using any, his attacks are purely physical which is not something the barrier can withstand for a longer period with its measly reservoir.

True enough, as I predicted the barrier slowly but surely started cracking, even the stupid crowd saw that and started running like a headless chicken.

I looked at Ser Barristan and Aegon. "Let's leave," I said taking one last look at Kal and his godly strength.

I wonder if he can sire children and if so? Would they also inherit his physique? An image with a bunch of silver-haired, blue-eyed children running amok suddenly flashed in my thoughts. I felt a flush crept my face.

"Is something wrong, Princess?" Ser Bartistan's voice broke me from my less-than-virtuous thoughts or is it virtuous? I mean isn't that the so-called duty of a highborn lady? Pop children after children. I became annoyed remembering the long line of suitors waiting for me back in the King's Landing.

"Everything is well, Ser, let's leave," I replied with a straight face, making him nod and escort us out.
