Capítulo 9: Wizard's are stupid...

It was saturday. Konrad was at the moment driving in a taxi in the direction of Charing Cross Road. Bewitching Dursleys in to ignoring him for the whole day, needed a lot more magic in the Confundo than normal but its was not a problem in the end.

of course aby questions grom the driver about the age of Konrad or the reason he wore a mask and a hoodie were taken care of in the same way 'I realy need some bigger repertuar of spells...' He thought.

Konrad decided to try the midget approach. He didn't have any potions or artifacts to fake his identity. He wasn't also the best at illusion magic, he could make it, yes, but how good the illusion was he didn't know in comparison with the real deal, who knows who can see through it. He decided to simply hide himself in a thick coat with a hoodie and a mask. He would change his voice with magic to and adult one, and play a midget or a half goblin like Flitwick. If needs arise he would just Apparate away and stun whoever come after him.

"Charing Cross Road. That would be 20 Pounds, mr Smith." Said the driver when they arrived at their destination.

"Here, thank you for your service, have a nice day." Konrad said still with his normal voice. 'I should have changed my voice from the beginning, I wouldn't have to confundo him then." He thought. After giving driver the money and leaving the taxi.

'Now where are you.' He thought. Konrad started walking Down the street, his mage sight activated. In a few minutes he stood in front of the only premises that had magic covering it like a mask. Konrad saw the pub and the sign ,,Leaky Cauldron,, but if he focused enough he could see the illusion of a broken down old shop's front instead. 'That's what muggles see, I guess' Konrad thought.

Konrad didn't instantly go in. He looked around the surroundings to find a good place for apparition, he wouldn't just Apparate in front of muggles or worse, any wizards in the place where most of the magical Britain come for tea. Half an hour later he came across a broken down building with no one inside. He put a notice me not charm on the corner of the room. 'First thing I look for, Muggle repelling wards!'

After partially securing an apparition point for himself, Konrad returned to the Leaky Cauldron.

After walking inside and looking at the people present, he instantly realized they were not normal people, they were all wizards. He could feel the magic in everyone. Some had more some had less, and the strongest magical signature in the pub came from the old bartender who looked at the new visitor curiously. 'His name should be Tom, right?' Konrad walked to the back of the shop after giving Tom a nod, he just nodded back and came back to cleaning the counter.

Konrad stood now in front of a brick wall, but it wasn't a normal wall, it was the door leading do Diagon alley. With the mage sight Konrad saw wisps of magic that aligned in a pattern. You just needed to tap the right brick and the passage would open. But it was a little to high... Konrad took out Voldemort's wand from his pocket and the few inches more did the trick. He tried to use wands before but Konrad realized that they were useless for him. They were just a help in channeling magic but it crippled the wizards if they relied on it to much. Konrad knew that with enough training in manipulating magic, wands lose their purpose and he already reached such level now, he wouldn't have any more problems learning a spell wandlessly than he would have while using a wand. The only reason he took the wand with himself was because of this here door and any potential need to use magic that would cause people saying "OMG he uses wandless magic" if he didn't use one.

The bricks moved to the side revealing the most bizarre looking street Konrad ever saw. The shops were old fashioned but twisted in weird directions, everything looked old and dilapidated but somehow it worked good together giving the place a rustic and weirdly inviting sight. In the far end Konrad saw Gringotts. The only building around in somehow perfect state, made from white marble but it also twisted like all the other shops making it stand out less than it could if they make it perfectly straight.

Konrad wanted to just jump right into the first shop to see the products on display but he had no Wizarding currency so the first stop would be Gringotts. Konrad make his way up the stairs of the white building, and soon was greeted with the sight of the most extravagant bank he ever saw. The place was filled with beautiful paintings, the crystal chandeliers appeared to be made out of real quartz and precious stones and there was a lot of gold, silver and platinum all around. The goblins weren't as ugly as he expected, they were similar to the film version but prettier. None of them was smiling other than one completely engrossed in appraising the precious stones in front of him.

Konrad approached one of the clerks who was free, and asked with his voice magically changed.

"Excuse me I'd like to know if there is some kind of way to learn how the banking of Gringotts work and what possibilities and services are available." The clerk looked at him weirdly, and a little surprised.

"You can read about Gringotts policies and services there, Now leave, don't waste my time."

The goblin pointed at a table in the corner where a stack of books lied under a lot of dust, clearly no one used it for a very long time. 'That's probably why the surprise. Alright let's see ,,Gringotts laws and goblin manners, by Arnold Proudfoot.,,' Konrad started reading.

'Wizards are idiots!' Konrad thought after half an hour. ' This is so biased towards Goblins! They take everything when a wizard dies and he didn't specify anyone to inherit the money. Laws against storing very dark objects with the threat of total confiscation of the entire vault, with the informer getting 50%. If the wizards actually read this book every dark family would probably loose their vault because of common greed, ha but it makes the horcrux at Lestrange vault much easier to recover. The goblins provide services like loans and investments in both magical and muggle world, Oh and the best part ,,the Gringotts is not responsible for providing information about withdrawals to anyone if the one who does that has the full rights to do so with the vault." ""Underage wizard is not allowed to withdrawal anything from his family vault unless he is in the possession of the vault key or written agreement from an elder with a drop of blood for further confirmation." And the book even has all the goblins Manners explained, hahaha I can access my vaults and no one is even going to know that!'

"Key Mr Potter." said the goblin responsible for the Potter vaults.

"Of course Mr Hookblade." Konrad handed him the key to the Potter family Vault. The doors opened showing him stacks and stacks of gold, much more than in the trust vault from the movies. He could see chests filled with gold, precious stones and metals, a few magical objects and even a foe mirror.

But he was most excited with a bunch of rare books and a register of Potter estates. He still needed to learn basics before starting with this books but he still put them all into the mokeskin pouch with additional space he purchased from the goblins. It could carry over a cubic meter of items, so it would come in handy. Then he grabbed a few hundreds gallons as well and started reading through Potter properties, and boy was he excited for the tropical island they owned. Of course he wouldn't be able to go there in the foreseeable future but the fact he had a few houses of his own and even an island really made his day.

"Me Hookblade, when I'm done here I'd like to talk about some investments with you, I assure you you're not going to regret my propositions." Konrad said.

"I'll reserve a room then." Replied the goblin.

Soon enough they were sitting in a private room and Konrad was asking the goblin to invest his money in many different Muggle corporations. Of course he was using his future knowledge. Firms like Nokia, Microsoft, apple. Were only a fraction of many he remembered with his eidetic memory.

The goblin was at first skeptical of this 6 year old child but the more he listened to him the more interested he become, he didn't even realized a slight Jedi mindtricks from Konrad's side, making him more eager to cooperate and ignore his age.

Half an hour later Konrad was walking out of Gringotts with a huge grin on his face hidden under the mask.

'It's time for shopping!'
