With the fall of one country came the rise of another, and Princess Katherine Mors was at the center of all of it.
Her family was one of the three to rise into power when the new kingdom was formed, and she was the main target of the uprising the citizens of her land were forming.
She was set to be the next Queen of Helios, but after the rebels breached her security and made it inside the castle walls, everything changed.
In order to save her title and her life, she needs to put her trust in the prince of the western lands, someone she has been arranged to marry from the time they were children, and give up the man she considers to be the love of her life.

First of all, the title is captivating. I was hooked right from the moment I laid my eyes upon it. Overall, the writing is good and interesting, although the narrator voice may be slightly confusing. I feel that the backstory could be more fleshed out, perhaps more on why killing Katherine is so important. In the little I've read though, this is a pleasure to read. I'm excited to see jaw-clenching suspense and a strong protagonist. Good work with this book, author! [img=recommend]
Good writing, and good story overall. Nothing needed to be said about updates, just fantastic. Maybe have to improve on how the characters were introduced. Overall though, I recommend the book.
I think the writing is good, so what the author means can be conveyed well. The setting is also interesting, I think the political intrigue that might occur can be an added value for this novel. It's just that, in my opinion, the first chapter gave a little too much info, so it might make some readers feel a little bored.
The story is really well put together, the characters are interesting and have well developed backstories, and the romance feels natural and authentic, 5 out of 5 :D

i love this book. the author make me want to read more. more over historical is my fav so this one is really the best. i will make sure to continue read this
