Capítulo 3: Evelyn Wright Thompson
After the initial surprise, the negotiations went smoothly. Eve was signed for the role of Juliet with a salary of 300k dollars, which is one third of other lead actor Leonardo DiCaprio's. The shooting period will be of 45 days, and extra days can added depending on the situation. The whole filming will take place in Miami and Eve could join the crew two days later.
Eve was very satisfied with the conditions. Although the salary doesn't matter much to her, but 300k is a good start for her and the important thing was starting with a lead role. This might have been only possible due to Kevin and Liam's influence.
On the way back, Kevin said: "You are lucky to land a lead role in a good script from the start. Work hard. Now that you already have one project with a lead role, I will have more options when looking for new works."
What he said was indeed true. Even though Eve is very beautiful, has good acting skills, and has performed on Broadway for years, but getting a lead role in a good project on the first audition is nothing less than a miracle in Hollywood. He has already been her manager even when she was performing on Broadway. When he first saw her performing, he knew that Eve was made for Hollywood and she also showed intrest in it. Although she didn't came to Hollywood immediately, but it's a fact that he's been her manager for five years. As for agent, there's no need. As a co-chairman of Caa, he can perform both roles perfectly with ease.
Eve replied: "I know Kevin, I will cherish this opportunity. But be sure to keep an eye on Cameron's new project, although i have asked Liam to inform me for audition."
Kevin sighed. He doesn't know why this girl has so much obsession with James Cameron. She has been fussing for two years ever since she heard Cameron was going to make a new ship movie. He said to her softly: "I will, but focus on your present work. If you want to be a heroine in James movie, you must have some capital. Just acting skills and Broadway is not enough."
Eve nodded and parted ways with Kevin. In her car, she closed her eyes for a while and rested. Yes, she has an obsession with James Cameron's new movie. After all, it is "Titanic". She had watched this movie countless times before in her previous life. Her acting classes have been on the model of Rose.
She Eve Campbell, a theater in her previous life was reborn as Evelyn Wright Monroe Thompson. Eve's the only blond in family after Merilyn, and no less charismatic and beautiful than her. Her father Liam Thompson is an American Buisnsssman and an executive of Fox. Her mother Keira Wright is the only daughter of Frank Wright and Merilyn Monroe, although she was bought up by Frank Wright as they both divorced just after few months of their daughter Keira's birth.
Her parents were also the same, they both divorced when Eve was very young and became busy in their own lives. Liam focused on his buisness and company, and Keira continued her carrier as a novelist. She is quite a famous writer now. That's why, Eve completed her education and childhood in the flights between UK and America. In the end, she also found her own passion again and started Broadway.
When both Liam and Keira finally looked back at their daughter, Eve had already found her own world. They felt guilty and this could be seen in their compensation which are disguised as gifts, like gifting a car, jewelry, making family dinners and many more things. Although she has told them many times that she started acting because she likes it, not because of any negligence or boredom, but they don't seem to belive it.
Eve opened her eyes hearing the sound of gates opening.
They arrived at the house. The huge villa was empty with just few servants. She looked at the house keeper Gensy: "Is Liam back?"
Gensy replied: "No, Sir will be a little late today. Shall I serve dinner for you first."
"No, send it to my room." Eve returned to her room upstairs.
After the dinner, Eve started the difficult task of collecting her things for packing them for Miami. Although Sara will help her with the packing, but she has to make a list of things to take.
Finally, after completing all her tasks, Eve layed on the bed tired and don't know when, fell into a deep sleep.

P.S. Marilyn's last husband was Arthur Miller, and Frank is a fictional character I added as Merilyn's husband after Arthur.
