Capítulo 2: The Forgotten Memory Of The Elves
"Umm... You mean, you are an immortal, right?" said Elva with a surprised and confused face.
"Yes, you heard that right." said Jun Heng still having a smile on his face.
Elva, Lukas, and Liam looked at each other and Lukas also asked Jun Heng with a confused face.
"What is an immortal?"
"Yeah, we don't know what an immortal is. We haven't heard that word in our entire life." said Liam with an embarrassed face.
"..."
Everyone went silent for a few minutes to process their thoughts.
Elva, Lukas, and Liam were trying to figure out what an immortal was whereas Jun Heng was dumbfounded as well. He was surprised not because they have not seen an immortal before because he himself haven't seen one before. He was surprised because they don't even know what an immortal was and hadn't even heard that word in their life.
Jun Heng sighed helplessly and was about to start explaining but he noticed something and said
"Are you guys perhaps from the Elf race?"
He didn't pay attention until now but now he realized that they had long ears and body structures similar to that of elves in comics. They immediately were on their guard after hearing that.
"How did you know about us?" Elva asked Jun Heng cautiously
"Hah... Don't be nervous. I know what your race is." Jun Heng sighed helplessly.
"Everyone on this planet would have known about you guys if they had at least read 'Elves of the Forests'. Your races are in every fantasy comic in our world " He said getting excited while thinking about the past when he would read them every day.
He came to his senses and asked her"You guys should be able to use magic right? Mainly magic which is related to nature. But I see that you guys are only using technologies but are not using any magic?"
He thought that as they are elves they should be very good at magic and he also sensed that they have mana inside of them but they haven't used them at all since they got here so he got curious about it. He thought it was very strange.
Elva sighed and composed herself and started explaining how their race have forgotten about their race and everything related to it and now they think they are a race called Zelt. Only Elva, Lukas, and Liam had some memories left. They only knew that they were Elves and they were not the race of the Zelt and that they didn't use the technologies they were using but didn't remember what they used or how or where they lived. But they knew that they were not what they are right now. So, Elva, Lukas, and Liam vowed to regain their memories and find the culprit behind it.
"Ohh..." Jun Heng became more curious and wanted to know who was behind it and decided to help her and said.
"I don't care if it's fate or not but let me help you"
He started releasing his aura which they could see with their naked eyes. He just released a small amount of his aura but they could feel the immense pressure from that aura. They were very shocked that small energy had that much pressure on it. He then went in front of Elva and lightly tapped her forehead. After tapping her forehead she immediately became unconscious. After seeing that Lukas and Liam immediately maintained their combat position.
"What did you do to our leader?" Liam asked Jun Heng while trying to protect Elva. Jun Heng didn't say anything but just smiled at him. After a few minutes, she woke up. Lukas and Liam immediately went to Elva's side.
"Lady Elva, are you alright?" asked Liam with a concerned face.
"I'm alright. You guys don't have to worry he didn't harm me in any way" said Elva. She then went down on her knees.
"I thank the benefactor for helping me." she thanked him with a bright smile on her face.
Lukas and Liam were a little surprised because they had never seen Elva smile in front of them and were also curious about what Jun Hend did to her. So, they were curious and asked her.
"Lady, what did he do?" asked Liam with a concerned face.
"Find out for yourself" she said while still smiling
Jun Heng did the same thing to Lukas and Liam as he did to Elva. After coming to their senses they immediately became overjoyed.
"We regained our memories!!?" both Lukas and Liam were also surprised and happy. Elva became curious about Jun Heng and the mysterious power he used to regain all of their memories and asked him.
"How did we regain all of our memories?" after her memories were regained she became more curious than when her memories were lost.
"There was a magic formation inside of your conscious which locked all of your memories and fed with false memories. The same thing goes for your subordinates as well" he explained everything to her.
"So since it was a formation all I did was quickly find the eye of the formation and used my aura to destroy it while protecting the conscious. If I didn't protect your consciousness you would most likely have died" he explained calmly to her.
After listening to Jun Heng, Elva became furious after thinking that their minds were manipulated but she immediately regained her composure
"Thank you so much for your help. We want to invite you as our honorable guest on our continent." she respectfully invited him to their continent as he had helped them greatly.
"Ohh... That's good. I was getting bored anyway" Jun Heng gladly accepted their invitation.
"Then let us depart immediately then" said Elva with a smile on her face.
They immediately boarded the spaceship and flew into space. After a few hours they reached a planet that was twice the size of the Earth. It was Zalton the planet where Elva and her teams were from. When they landed everywhere was full of technologically advanced equipment that he had only seen on novels.
"We welcome benefactor to our continent, Zephyrex" Elva and her team welcomed him to their continent.
