Capítulo 1: DAWN ISLAND
WEALTH, FAME, POWER. ONCE, THERE WAS A MAN WHO TOOK EVERYTHING IN THIS WORLD. "PIRATE KING" GOLD ROGER. THE WORDS HE LEFT ON THE VERGE OF DEATH DROVE PEOPLE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD TO THE SEA.
"MY TREASURE IF YOU WANT IT, YOU CAN HAVE IT… SEARCH FOR IT! I LEFT EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD THERE."
WITH THOSE WORDS, HE CREATED "THE GREAT AGE OF PIRATES".
MANY YEARS LATER IN GOA KINGDOM, EAST BLUE-----
In a certain party bar situated in Foosha Village, bunch of men's were drinking in somber mood and no one is uttering a single word. The owner of the establishment Makino, a beautiful young woman with lime green hair, who is right now standing behind the bar counter, cleaning the beer jugs, had also has a very sad expression on her delicate face. She looks towards the Red-Haired man sitting on the stool besides the bar counter, trying to drink away his sorrows.
She sighed and finally asked an unspoken question which was plaguing not only her mind but also the mind of Red-Haired man and the rest of the men's in the bar. "How are you going to tell Luffy about this?" This question snapped the Red-Haired man out of his inner-thoughts. He looks towards Makino with half dead eyes, "I don't think we should tell him anything…" but before he could finish his sentence Makino cut him, "Shanks what are you saying? Uta is Luffy's friend and they are very close to each other…. And you are telling me that let him in dark about this??" She angrily tells him.
After all the shit happened almost weeks ago on their supposedly nice going voyage, his composer broke loose, "AND WHAT SHOULD I TELL HIM, THAT IS FRIEND IS NOW GONE OR I HER FATHER CAN'T ABLE TO PROTECT HER? MAKINO YOU DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TRULY HAPPENED THERE, IF YOU HAVE IT…" but again he was cut off by a firm hand on his shoulder. He looked behind him to see the owner of the hand is his First-Mate Benn Beckmen, who has a stern look in his eyes. "Calm down Captain… you are unknowingly releasing your Haki." Hearing this, Shanks immediately looks around the bar and saw many of his weaker crewmembers were almost on their keens. Panicking and cursing to himself internally for his slip, he looked towards Makino and saw her almost on the verge of passing out and her face is all blue by the lack of air and she is sweating profusely. He immediately stood up from his stool and by her side in an instant, supporting her and cleaning her face with water and gave her a glass of cold water to drink. After few minutes when everything becomes stable again, he without wasting any second bows down to her, "I am very sorry for what happened right now, I shouldn't have lost my temper. It is my fault for yelling at you and that cold feeling you felt. So if anything I can do to compensate for it, then please do not hesitate to ask me."
After calming herself down, Makino looks towards Shanks with little fear, but none the less she regains her composer and said, "You are right, I really don't know what happened on your voyage, but if you truly wants to pay back for you yelling at me and whatever that was you did there, then tell everything to Luffy truthfully, without hiding anything." Hearing this, Shanks was hesitant that if he should tell Luffy about this or not, but then his First-mate spoke up, "I think she is right captain, Luffy is very understanding boy. Even though he very young, but their no doubt that he is very intelligent. Don't you feel it too, that aura surrounding him when we first landed on this place." Benn is right, that boy Luffy, even though he acts very childish, well what he is even saying, Luffy is a six year old boy, why won't he act childish. But still in many occasions he has seen his sharp mind and his intellect. He is very sure that all this mystery of his is somehow related to his eyes, that captivating eyes.
FLASHBACK FEW MONTHS AGO----
On the waters of East Blue, a heavy Viking themed pirate ship is sailing towards it destination. The ship is about 98 meters long with a red color scheme, multiple sails and palm trees on the main deck. It's front figure head is sculptured as Dragon's head bearing it's fangs. On the main sail of the ship, the Jolly Roger of these particular pirates is painted as a big skull with two sabers in criss-cross shape behind it and finally three red strips crossing over its left eye. These pirates are known as 'Red-Haired Pirates' and this majestic ship is known as 'Red-Force'.
Right now on the main deck, a small girl with half her hair white and other half red is running around and yelling at the Captain of this pirate group. "Shanks!! I'm hungry"
Shanks looks towards his daughter, "Now now Uta I get it you are hungry, but we are close to an island and I'm sure you'll love this island."
Right now the crew had run out of food due to constant partying because Shanks had a massive increase in his bounty. They partied for 3 days straight and quickly finished all the food, so they had to find a nearby island to gather up food supplies as well as a huge amount of booze. But Shanks particularly has another reason to go to this island.
"Mmmmm Ok, but I'm still mad at you guys ate all the food." Uta puffed her cheeks in anger, but it made her look more adorable. "Come on Uta you know it was a big deal for us, especially since the World-Government finally decided to increase my bounty. Look how cool your Papa looks in it." Shanks enthusiastically showed her his new bounty poster almost 100th time. But however annoyed Uta may feel right now, she can't deny that Shanks really looks cool in his new bounty poster, and this new bounty of his 846 Million beries. She is proud that she is part this amazing crew. "Yea… you are right about that."
"See what I told you." Shanks laughed with Uta joining him.
"LAND HOO!!!" Benn yelled from the crow's nest alerting everyone. Hearing him both Shanks and Uta stopped laughing and walked towards the front of the ship and looks at the approaching land. "There's our queue mates, all right everybody get ready to drop the anchor." "HAI CAPTAIN!!!"
"So… What is this place called??" Uta looks towards Shanks. "Oh, this is Dawn Island and apparently, Goa kingdom is on this island."
Uta gains a thinking pose, "So we are going to loot the treasures of this kingdom?" She asked with so many question marks hovering over her tiny head. Shanks who was helping Yassop with some empty barrels laughs at that, "No no… we are going to dock at Foosha village, there we are setting our temporarily base there." "Ah… so no treasure." Uta had a down cast look hearing him.
"Now now don't be sad, you're gonna love this place, I heard that people of that village are very lively bunch, so you'll definitely enjoy it."
"If you say so." Uta replied happily. "Now there's that smile I really love to see on your face." said Shanks gently ruffling her bi-colored hair.
"Stop it Shanks, you know how much time it takes to get my hair done." Shanks just laughed at that. "Captain, we'll at the docks in half n hour." "Alright everyone, new land awaits us."
"HAI CAPTAIN!!!"
Shanks then went to his quarters while holding a chest he stole from a government ship. Soon alone in his quarter, he opened the chest looking at the object which is right now occupying the chest. A purplish colored fruit with 'S' shaped swirls like design all over the fruit.
"The time has finally come, Captain."
Shanks has been keeping this chest in his room, since one day Uta saw the Devil Fruit and asked him to let her eat it, but he declined it. It is not that he didn't want his daughter to have Devil Fruit power or not, that is her choice. But this particular fruit, he can't risk it. He was busy in his thoughts when he sensed his Vice-Captain is coming towards his quarter, which only means one thing, they are only few minutes away from docking at the village.
Then Benn entered the room and closed it behind him and looked at his captain seriously, "Now are you going to tell me, just what in the world is going in your mind. And what really is that fruit." Shanks looked at his First-Mate and sighed, he can't hide anything from his First-Mate, that man has some crazy Observation Haki. "You are right, I can't fool you around, 'sigh' I want to give this Devil Fruit to my Late Captain's son and yes this Fruit is very important. Other than that, I can't tell anything about it. I hope you understand."
Benn just sighed at this, "Do you think he will accept it?" Shanks raised an eyebrow at that. "I mean your Captain's son. Do you think he will take it?" Shanks now understood what his Vice-Captain means to say. He also has some doubt about this too, but it has to be that boy, his Captain's son who will bring new era. Right? "We have to just wait and see." With that said both Captain and Vice-Captain left the quarter and walk on the main deck. Shanks saw Uta is at the front watching eagerly as they near the dock. But his eyes were on something else, he can sense a very strong presence is standing on the port. Even though the presence is not that strong, but for the place like East Blue which is known as the weakest of all the Blues, he is on guard.
As the ship finally docked at the Village port, he finally saw the person from whom he sensed the strong presence or to be precisely a little boy no older than Uta or maybe younger than her. But what captivate him more is the boy's eyes, crystal blue like an endless ocean, which seems beautiful from the outside but can also drown you to its depth if not careful.
Just who the hell is this boy???

Phantom_178 Well, this is the remake of my privious fic which I had posted on Wattpad a year ago. That fic was made as rush, so there was no plot in that and after only 20 or 25 chapters I stopped writing it. That is why I am now recreating it with more details in it and is also going to continue writing it. Please give honest review of my fics and also some advises, so that I can implement it on the future chapters.
