Inside the Dorms, Specter is on his bed Meditating, its Midnight and the Roommates that is Sam, and John are all sleeping soundly in there own bed, the room is smaller but angled in a way to have no sight of the other this lets the three still have there own privacy.
The Rune Specter has been working on sense he left his home is now finished, activating the Rune the Rune Lit up brightly, but there is a Ward surrounding Specter that is being used to block the light.
Specter started the Purification prossess, the Rune moved under him then slowly went up, as it did all the Impurities was forced out of his body, as it was taken out of his body it was Destroyed along with the smell that followed as the spell cleaned his body it also made his body become stronger, His Bones became strong as Steel Alloy, his skin became More Resistant, His Mind Cleared and His eyes became clearer.
There was No pain, but the Itchiness from it was hard to resist, after what seemed to be Hours of Resisting the Itchiness was only Five minutes. The Rune went back down and a Soothing feeling replaced the Itch feeling.
The Rune Shattered like Glass after it passed him and Vanished not making a sound and leaving nothing behind. Specter moved his Mana through his new Renewed Body and it was smooth, Fast, and Precise with no slow and Interference. Making a Flame it appeared insitnly, followed by large Water drop, Small twister, and small Stone.
Once it was Created, Specter put the Twister to the Rock, the rock turned to sand as the Twister grounded it to Sand, using the newly acquired Sand, Specter moved the Flame and turned the Sand into glass and then shaped the glass into a Cup, placing the water into the cup after it was Cooled without Braking the Glass.
Drinking the Water, Specter felt refreshed.
So, this is what the people that had Finished Cleaning all the Impurities from there bodies feel. (Specter)
Placing the Cup down on his end table, Specter got up and using Illusion Magic Specter made a Black cloak over him, Walking out, Specter made his way outside.
Arriving at the Training Grounds, Specter created a Ward over him and the Pillars before him, The Ward is to block sound.
Creating a Normal Fire Sphere like Sam, Specter sent it at the Pillar.

Making a Water Sphere, Specter sent it and 25 appeared again. Next was wind Sphere, 25. Then it was Earth 25.
25 pounds of Force and the Elements used will add invisible Points. Its around 30 actually damage. But if I use teliknesis on the Earth Sphere the Impact will be higher then the other Spells but i need to learn that skill again. (Specter)

Removing the Rune, its almost Two in the morning after Practicing, using Wind Magic Specter moved less but traveled more. Arriving the Guard seen Specter and stopped him
You are supposed to be in the Academy what are you doing out at this time? (Guard)
Its not a Surprise the Guard knows Specter is a Student, Specter is Small and seeing the way he came from it matches.

Moving to the Guard room, He was inside for Three Minutes before arriving back to Specter.

Doing as Told the Mana made the Medal light up, Specter took the Medal, its Got the Academy Symbol that is a Wizard Hat.

The Guard waved as Specter left, passing another two guards that is heading the other way he came from most likely to trade positions with the other Guards. Specter moved through the Active City, even at this time there is people setting up shops already.

Specter that was passing an Alley way had someone run right into him. Insteactivly Specter grabbed his Coin purse and held it, as for the one that ran into him was an adult.

Ignoring it, Specter continue walking, arriving at a shop the food that he smelled attracted his attention when he first arrived it has Cocked Meat hanging and Runes keeping it warm.

Opening his Coin Purse, Specter pulled one silver coin out and placed it on the counter.

Taking the large Meat leg, he handed it to Specter, who Took it. Leaving, Specter has a Few hours until Class stars started eating and walking the Slowly increasing active City.
Nobody was yelling out to get anyone's attention, they are organizing there shops before people started getting up. Passing more shops but they are nothing interesting half the Leg was eaten when he heard a Thud in an Alley way not far on his left.
Looking to his left, Specter seen a Old man leaning against the Wall of the Alley way, he has almost no meat in his Old Bones, Specter did not think twice he stopped and walked over to the old man.

Grabbed the Old man by the Hand Specter placed the Meat leg in his hand and started leaving.

Saying nothing but waving, Specter left the Alley way, For an Hour of walking, Specter was Heading back when he seen a Shop it does not match the surroundings as the shops on both left and right side of it is New and nicely crafted, the ship before him is very old looking even might fall apart at any second, Specter seen it has a Wooden sign that is partly broken but a Anvil is still visible on the Sign.
Walking in the place wondering why its here even though it doesn't belong in the location, inside is full of dust even the floor looks to have never been steped on for years, specter looked out and noticed the people that passed by never once look at the shop like its normal.

An old man was heard his voice was like he had finished walking out of a Desert and had yet to get a drink of water, Specter looked and seen the same old man he gave his Meat leg too.
Smith me a Staff. (Specter)
Not even asking him why he is here, he just asked the old man before him.
Staff? Your a Mage. Alright. (Old man)
The old man went into the back, Specter walked inside the Shop looking at Old weapons that are all caked in Dust never once been touched in years.
For another hour and 30 Minutes passed until the Old man walked out, he looks very weak like before. He places a staff on the Desk before him, its what a Monk would use, Not a Magic Staff that a Mage would use.

Specter picked the Staff up and looked at it closely. Seeing the newly Staff is Metal looks like steel Alloy, very well crafted Staff it does not have any uneven parts and its smooth with no rough spots.
Not expecting this, I will take your Gift, but do you have any Equipment that I can use that Makes Runes this staff is Customizable? (Specter)

Saying nothing, Specter just smiled at the old man, he waved his hands.

Specter placed his Coin Purse on the Counter and walked into the back, the old man seen that and smiled, he was going to tell him after he finished it was not for free use, But Specter beat him to it.
Walking into the back, Specter was Greeted by Dust, everything even the Anvil has never been touched makes one wonder how the Staff that Specter knows was just crafted. Using the Straight Metal Staff, Specter waved it and a Wind Spell cleaned the Room, seeing the equipment he is looking for in the corner, Specter walked over to it, the Equipment is not needed for Specter before the Reincarnation, but now he needs it as he does not have the same Mana strength before to make the Runes Even, placing the Staff down, Specter picked a metal quill up and using his Mana, Specter started carving Runes with the Quill not deep, not Shallow but that is not needed, the Quill is doing all the work. For 38 minutes Specter covered the Staff in a Complete Rune formation.
Walking out from the Back room, the Old man was at the counter sitting on a Chair.

The old man seen the staff and was actually amazed at the Runes. They are simple ones but they are so many, from Mana Gathering, to Spell Boosting Rune.
He said nothing and Specter left. As soon as Specter left, he Turned around and seen the old shop is gone, its been replaced by fancy Food Shop that is having Guest walk inside and start ordering.

Mumbling, Specter left. Making his way back to the Academy, Specter had to show the Medal he got from the other Guard and made his way back to the Academy, As soon as he arrived Class was starting.

We woke up and going to ask to eat with us but you where gone. (John)
Sitting down, Sam and John made there way over also sitting down.
Got breakfast and a staff. (Specter)

Seeing a Red Wand and the Fire Mana in the Surroundings is attracted to it, All Fire Spells would be fast with that Wand.
Mine is also a Wand but its better then Sam's. (John)

John pulled his Wand out and his looks to be made from Ice, white with a Mix of Blue inside, Specter can feel the Ice Mana is attracted to it making Ice Spells will be like Sam's but with Ice.

Specter sighed, the two started arguing once more about who is better then the other, but this time its Wands.

Class is Now Starting, We are going to start talking about Spells, who can use the First Spell of your Element? (Teacher)
Everyone put there hands up, seeing this she nodded.
Good, you will be needing it, we are going to the Training Ground, there you will be doing a Test. (Teacher)

You will be listening to Captain of the Guards, he is a Close Combat Mage, you will be fighting him, each one of you! (Teacher)
A Man in Light Armor Walked up, he has a Sword and his Armor is Leather with Metal on parts that protected the places that if hit can be fatal to him. He has Dark Brown hair small bit of Facial hair his Eyes are also Brown as he scanned the Students before him, then he Unexpectedly yelled.
You are all going to lose! Even so, Use the loss as a way to lean from it! (Captain)
Now, Fight me! Like your life depended on it! (Captain)
One by one, Students went up fighting him, he had pulled his sword out of its sheath but Specter can tell with a Look the Blade was Dull. Each Student that lost was given a way to improve there combat, the Fights was more a Slaughter as the Captain used Three Minutes on each one not more not less.

Sam was up, He sent a Flame Sphere right away but it was smaller then the one he made in class showing off to John, the captain used his sword and hit the sphere and it just vanished, the Captain was calm and relaxed. Sam sent another flame the same as the first, the Captain seeing it just sighed.
Sam seeing him sigh smiled and sent Flame Sphere one after the next in a rapid fire. The Captain was cought off guard and had to evade and move, he hit the Flame Sphere on some that he was unable to evade and there was some damage on the sword after doing so, Specter seen its a Normal sword and thought the same thing that Sam is doing. Remove the Sword then no Weapons will force the Captain to use Magic.
The Captain seen the damage and moves forward, he charged the Flaming Spheres head on, when they arrived he would move out of the way expertly, and as he got closer the speed of the Spheres increased, when he arrived before Sam he put his Open Left palm on his chest and spoke.
This trick has been used before. (Captain)
{Bang!}
Sam was sent flying back and slid on the ground a few feet away from the Captain. He did not use To much Magic but it was enough to send Sam back.
Ha! Ha! I got you to use Magic! And was First! (Sam)

Sam set up and laughing at John, The Captain seeing this was actually amazed.
He was able to take that hit and get back up? Even if it was a Little amount of Mana he should be hurting right now even out of breath. [Captain]
Specter seeing how Sam did it smiled, Sam has a Few tricks up his sleeve after all and they are just recently learned from how he used it was almost to slow.
Not bad, using my impatience against me, some dont see that and take advantage of it but the ones who do will go far in life. (Captain)

John Sent an Ice Sphere at the Captain, He just moved out of the way and it hit the Ward keeping the spells in a 10 Meter Radius.
Don't evade! (John)
The people Laughed at him, who tells the enemy side to not evade there attack?
John sent another Ice Sphere and the Captain evaded it once again. But this time it did not go flying at the Ward it landed behind the Captain, who looked at it then looked back at John.
What? Can I not throw it lighter then the first one? (John)
With no power how are you going to beat your enemies? (Captain)

Sending Ice Spheres at the Captain like Sam, they had less Power and landed all over the place making Ice Spheres everywhere on the Field. The Captain once again sighed at this.
John smiled and stopped.
Done? (Captain)
Nope, Just getting started. (John)
The Ice Spheres on the ground all moved and converged to the Captain, the captain seen one Ice Sphere moving faster then the others and he was forced to use his sword, the already damaged sword broke when it was hit. Even so the Sphere was also Sliced in half, the other spheres all moved to the Captain and he Jumped at the last second and the Ice Spheres collided into each other.
The Captain landed on top of them and moved forward, Using Gravity he arrived before John, he was hit like Sam and was sent flying but there was a Burst of flames when he was hit.
So not only Sam, but even John has a new Recent trick up his sleeve. (Specter)
You used fire magic to buffer by hit by making it explode making compressed air as a Buffer when hit it also pushed you back lessening the hit from the me, not bad. And using a Trap set up to attempt to win was also not bad. You will go far but you need to learn to control your magic better. (Captain)

John and Sam that was laughing stopped and looked at Specter and the Captain.
Specter who walked up was holding his new staff.

Making a Simple Ice Sphere, Specter sent it to the Captain, even though his blade was broken he still held onto it like a Knife. He evaded the Sphere and the Sphere hit the Ward.
Specter nodded, and then sent a Fire Sphere, this did the same at the Ice Sphere.

Specter created another Ice Sphere before him, but did not release it.

Not waiting for a Response from the Captain, Specter sent the Ice Sphere boosted by Wind Mana, the Ice Sphere flew very fast and arrived before the Captain in a Second. The Captain has Quick reflex and sliced the Ice Sphere in half with the broken blade.
Specter smiled. The captain seen two smiles and something happened right after, he observed his surroundings and remember what Specter had done but nothing looked out of Place.
Specter made another Ice Sphere and sent it like before in a Second it appeared before the Captain, he sliced it but the inside held a Flame, the flame encased the Captain and vanished as Quickly.
The captain was able to use a Ward and blocked the flame that almost hit him.
That's Rare, not the first to add another element into a Spell, but making me hit the first one to set a trap for the second was smart. (Captain)

The Captain staggered and looked confused, Specter that had Smiled peacefully before had been replaced by an eviler Smile. The Captain trying to figure out what is happening fell to his knees and his breathing became shallower and Shallower.
Specter tapped his staff and the Captain inhaled as much air he was able to then started coughing.

Specter tapped his Staff and a Mist was released, Before Specter there was a Fist made from wind Mana, The students all now understand what the Captain was talking about.

Just on the spot thought, turn the Air into stone around you. (Specter)
The Captain started to sweat, if Specter done that even if he was sent flying the Stone would have him trapped inside and the already Gone Air would have stayed gone. even if Specter was Knocked unconscious the Wind Spell would have Vanished allowing him to breath again but the Stone would stay permanently and he would have Died from suffocating inside the Stone and would be fast as the air was already gone in the first place.
