Rias is best girl, all popular dxd fanfiction do her dirty. She's not evil, like so many say she is, in fact she's one of the kindest girls in anime. As for her being spoiled that's just blatantly untrue, name 1 instance where she is spoiled, you can't, and if you can shut up. Why didn't she train for the riser fight, that's just bad writing on the authors part it's not like the details mattered to him early on it was a fun ecchi light novel that ended up blowing up. Why didn't koneko save issei if she was supposedly following him, bad writing. How does Rias coincidentally get all her peerage members in their time of need, bad writing and coincidences. I swear everyone portrays her as some master manipulator when she's the complete opposite she's a kind caring girl who would rather give her freedom for issei's well being. She genuinely cares for each one of her peerage member's. In conclusion Rias is best girl don't @ me.
