Adrian knows that he hates Leon, but that doesn't mean he will kill him like Garvin did to them. Garvin's madness never seems to subside, but everyone must have a reason behind it.

"Why?" asked Adrian leaning his head on the black sofa, he felt that the medicine had worked well on his body system. He felt a little calm although still his heart was turbulent about Shaga's disappearance.

Garvin didn't answer him, instead, he exhaled white smoke from his mouth causing Beta's pheromone to creep into Adrian's smell. Now he knew where the smell of Beta that stuck to Garvin's body at that time came from. He asked in the end in a tone of dislike. "Using Beta's?"
