Capítulo 54: Looks like it's my victory

Kane looked at Evelyn as he regulated his accelerated repair. A smile tugged at his lips as his sight continued to show patterns and symbols.

He had only used his dagger skill and had not expected these results. He had not used his "Mark of the Calamity Emperor" trait because now it only harmed him more than it benefited him.

His body was in a delicate balance; he didn't know what might have happened to him if he had used that trait twice more. That's why he avoided using it. As for the other abilities, Kane saw no need to employ them. He wasn't going to reveal all his cards in this fight.

"Now you think I'm Merlin Hermes," said Kane.

Evelyn nodded.

"I do not doubt that you are that Merlin. But I didn't expect you to be at level 20 already; your growth is quite fast compared to other summoners of that Historical Void guy in the news."

Kane didn't respond as Evelyn continued to talk.
