"I know my son well enough to know that you aren't the type to do any such thing. But aren't you running a business? Have you never heard about reinvesting in the business? We have spent years managing the church, and you still don't understand that?" his father shouted.
"Daddy, please never call the church a business again," David said firmly, as the smile on his face disappeared.
"I'm sorry, but you understand what I mean. If I went around spending as I pleased with all the money members gave me, the church wouldn't be standing today. Split your gains, no matter how small, and put them back into your business," his father advised, after taking a deep breath.
"Let's sit first," David said as he led him to a nearby quiet seating area.
His bodyguards surrounded the area, almost as though there was some illegal deal going on. Thinking about it now, he realized he should have planned ahead and rented the entire supermarket for the day.
