"Of course not." He answered at last.

"Then why did you say that you are my husband?" Lyse asked in bewilderment, her voice hesitant and fearful.

"Because I could see that you needed help escaping that girl, you are welcome by the way." Levi said as he put his hands in his pockets and stared at Lyse, unnerving her.

"Uhmm, thank you Mr Van Doren—"

"Levi." He interrupted and she frowned.

"What?"

"Call me Levi, I am your husband after all." He said seriously and she turned pale.

"I don't know what you are speaking of and I don't appreciate it." She said indignantly.

"I'm just teasing." Levi said as he shrugged, "I figure your little friend is probably going to go and tell everyone that you have a husband and it would be kind of weird if you appeared without a husband wouldn't it?"

"But—"

"Again you are welcome, I have solved that problem for you and now you owe me."
