Blood Ravens filled the sky, yet they were under siege by the bat-winged zombies. Periodic bursts of blood plasma were seen, and within the Hexagram Array, the figures of red zombies began to appear.

These creatures were blood beasts called Blood Zombies, produced by the Blood Pool after being upgraded to the second level. These Blood Zombies, like the Blood Ravens, could kill monsters to level up. However, their maximum level was much higher than the Blood Ravens, reaching up to level ten.

The Blood Zombies had not been around for long, so none of them had reached level ten. The highest among them was level six, while the lowest was only level three.

All blood beasts would return to the Blood Pool to grow again once they died, and their levels would directly drop to level one. To regain their original levels, it would take considerable effort.
