Another person who had been infected by Halo Of Reducing Wisdom are Uchiha Madara. Upon hearing that Izuna wanted to do an A rank mission he also wanted to follow his brother.
Izuna target is around 150,000 ryo so when he go to the mission hall he found the job rank A that he were looking for. This job pay 200,000 ryo and it is very tedious and might take more than a week to complete.

She was born as the princess of Konohagakure, the granddaughter of Senju Hashirama, and the strongest ninja in the world.
Her life was like that of a princess, but there was one thing she lacked—time with her parents. When she was under 3 years old, her parents were always with her, but over time they became busy and didn't have time to spend with Tsunade.
Her father, Senju Koto, wanted to prove to others that he could become as strong as his father, which is one reason why he was always busy. Her mother, an expert in medical jutsu, was always occupied healing patients and teaching others how to use medical jutsu.
Being the princess of the Senju clan wasn't easy, as other kids—even from the same clan—were afraid to approach her. The status difference between her and other Senju clan members made her feel isolated.
So, she was often alone with her grandmother in the Senju mansion. One day, her uncle Tobirama called her and took her to meet someone.
He brought her to meet Uchiha Kazuha, the daughter of Uchiha Izuna. For some reason, the moment Tsunade saw the child, she immediately developed sisterly feelings and thought of the baby as her own sibling.
In the original timeline, because Senju Tsunade was bored in the big mansion alone, Hashirama taught her to gamble, which led to her downfall. But in this timeline, the ones who spent time with her were Senju Tobirama and Uchiha Kazuha.

After Kazuha was born, Tobirama became very fond of the child and, and even he mentally adopted her as his own child. However, he was aware of the boundaries between them—they were not related by blood and came from different clans.
So, he chose another alternative, it is by bringing Senju Tsunade to visit Kazuha. From casual visits, Tsunade eventually became like an older sister to Kazuha. Perhaps it was because Tsunade longed for friends or siblings, and over time, they grew to be like real sisters.
It was ironic in a way—while Tobirama taught his disciples to distrust the Uchiha, Tsunade was raised to care for one.
This shift in Tobirama's behavior was also influenced by the Halo of Reducing Wisdom, though in his case, it had a positive effect, unlike others who were led down a darker path.
Today, Tobirama received news that Madara and Izuna were taking on an A-rank mission. It was rare for Izuna to take on missions above C-rank, as he usually preferred D-rank missions to avoid leaving his child behind.
"The mission will probably take around two weeks, but since Madara and Izuna are handling it, it might be shortened to five days at most. Both are the strongest ninjas in the Uchiha clan," Tobirama said to a Jonin who reported about the duo.
The Jonin nodded and was about to leave when Tobirama called him back.
"Tighten Konoha's security and monitor anyone trying to enter the Uchiha clan. With both Madara and Izuna away, something might happen to the Uchiha," Tobirama ordered.
He did this out of concern for Kazuha, the little girl who always smiled widely when she saw him and Tsunade.

"How?" asked one of the hooded ninjas.
"It is confirmed that both of them have taken an A-rank mission, and they will probably be back in about a week," confirmed another ninja.
"Where is Kakuzu?" asked the hooded ninja.
"He's still scouting, but do we really need to do this?" asked the curious ninja.
"Yes, we do, because it's for the village," the hooded ninja affirmed. "Daimyo-sama has raised the mission reward from 500,000 ryo to 2 million ryo."
"Okay, I understand. Our job is to kill the little kid named Kazuha, right?"
"Correct. Konoha will descend into chaos when she dies," said the hooded ninja.
"But she's still so young, not even 5 years old," replied another ninja, with a hint of discomfort.
"We don't have any other choice. It's either her life or ours," said the hooded ninja.
"When are we entering Konoha?"
"Let's wait for Kakuzu."
---Kazuha wanted to go outside---
"Sister Tsunade, you've come?" Kazuha smiled as she running toward her beloved sister with her small legs.
"Woopsie, got you!" Tsunade caught Kazuha just in time as she nearly tripped.
Today, Tsunade had come with her grandmother, Mito, and her grandfather, Hashirama. For some reason, both of them wanted to visit Kazuha as well.
"Nezuko," Mito called. "How are you?"
"I'm fine, thank you, Mito-sama, for asking about me."
"I came here today to warn you to be careful when going outside," Mito said seriously.
"Why?" Nezuko asked, her curiosity piqued.
"Last time, Setsuna visited and told us about potential assassins," Mito explained. "Their targets are Uchiha Madara and Senju Hashirama."
"I know. I heard from Setsuna when he visited us last time," Nezuko replied.
"Glad to hear you know, but take extra precautions now, especially since your husband isn't here," Mito added.
"I will. Thank you, Mito-sama," Nezuko responded gratefully.
Meanwhile, Hashirama was playing with Tsunade and Kazuha.
Tsunade adored her little sister, Kazuha. She had once asked her mother for a younger sibling, but her parents remained silent.
Hashirama, who loved children, enjoyed playing with Tsunade and Kazuha. To him, they represented his hope for a future where the Uchiha and Senju could grow together without war.
"Why do you like Sister Tsunade so much?" Hashirama asked Kazuha.
"Sister Tsunade is beautiful! She has a pretty smile and smells nice," Kazuha replied sweetly.
"Oh, my cute little sister!" Tsunade said, hugging her tightly.
"Sister, don't hug me so tight! I can't breathe," Kazuha gasped as she struggled to speak.
