Luci didn't see any sign of any titan around which meant that Wall Maria hadn't been breached yet.
He sighed in relief.
Even though he was stronger than a normal human. It didn't mean that he wanted to test his power against the horde of titans.
And when he hadn't seen any sign of titan. He could calculate the time in which episode he was in.
"Don't tell me I am in the first episode when they were just a bunch of kids?"
The Wall Maria had been breached by the Armored Titan and the Colossal Titan when Eren and everyone was just a kid.
"Please, don't let the extraterrestrial titan be one of those guys. Otherwise, even with my gun. I can't do anything."
If faced with such titans. He had to climb up their body and go to their neck.
The Collosal titan was still within his ability to climb because he was big and slow.
But if it was the Armored titan. He could only try to bring Eren and Miksa out of danger. He could not help anyone, even himself in that kind of situation.
Luci had never done anything like that before in his life. So the chance of failure was very high.
The rain started to pour down from the sky. Luci cursed his luck.
"I need to make a simple camp to avoid the rain first."
Luci began to set up a simple camp on the tree. Even though there were no titan around him. There were still those dangerous animals like tigers, wolves and many more.
He had to be careful not to get hurt by them. As for being killed? He was sure he could kill them before they could kill him but safety first.
Luci brought MRE to eat while waiting for the rain to stop.
"Survival in the finest. I should watch more videos of Bear Grylls. However, I will never eat like him…"
Just thinking about what he had eaten in the show made him sick.
"Huh? Someone is here?"
Luci could not see far because of the rain. But he could still tell that someone was moving toward his direction from his sixth sense.
It developed after he reached eighteen years old. He could even see a glimpse of ghosts and spirits. They were not that scary like the internet told him.
They kinda chill around when they don't have to work or even afraid of sickness and dying.
Ghosts and Spirits were funny as hell when they were bored and tried to prank people around them.
Luci stopped thinking about funny things and then he looked at those who came toward him.
"We should find a good spot to make a simple camp here and wait for the rain to stop."
A man wearing glasses and black suit said to a boy.
The boy wore a simple cloth and had brown hair and blue eyes nodded to him.
They then helped each other to make a simple and crude camp to avoid the rain.
Luci when he saw them clearly. He couldn't help but be surprised.
He didn't think that he would see them in the Forest Of The Giant Trees like this.
"That's Eren and Grisha? What are they doing here at a time like this?"
Luci slowly moved toward them without alerting them. He then eavesdropped on them like a pro.
He heard Grisha talking about going to his acquaintance's house.
It must be the time when Eren and Mikasa first met and not long after her family would be massacred by the slave traffickers.
Luci when he realized that he was about to witness the massacre of the Ackerman family.
Would he be able to turn his eyes blind on it?
His eyes went red for a second before they turned back to normal.
'I absolutely can't turn a blind eye on them.'
Luci shook his head and sighed.
He thought about it a little bit before he decided to show himself. He didn't want to make any misunderstanding if they were to find out that he had stalked them.
Both Eren and Grisha were startled and were ready to fight for their life. It was very dangerous in the wild after all.
Seeing their reaction. Luci just smiled and said.
"Hi, there. I am just a traveler who lost his way around here. Can I join you? It's really cold out here."
Grisha looked at him suspiciously but when he saw that Luci was young and he was wearing an expensive outfit.
He didn't think that he could be a bandit.
'His face is soft and white like he has never been exposed to the sun for a long period of time. His figure and muscles are well proportioned meaning that he was well fed. He could be everything but not the bandit or even a low rank noble.'
Grisha sighed. He concluded that he must be someone from the great noble family. He must have snuck out from the inner wall to mess around but because he was inexperienced he ended up lost.
He was too embarrassed to tell that he was a noble because of it.
"You can join us."
"Thank you."
Grisha didn't want to have anything to do with the noble but he could not let him die here as well. He didn't want to have a problem with the authorities again this soon.
