Capítulo 5: 5. Contract marriage
Nicholas agreed to fulfill his grandma's wish. When he reached at his penthouse he called his lawyer to make one year marriage contract and state the terms that he wanted to include in the contract.
1. Publicly they are husband and wife but in private they will not interfere in each other life.
2. In this one year they are not allowed to date another person.
3. They will sleep in different rooms.
4. After the time period , the wife will get the divorce alimony and nothing else.
And other conditions also stated in the contract. He knows how greedy his client is, that's why he clearly stated that he will not going to give anything from his business and his personal assets. He knows about the woman's character that he will going to marry. She is like those women who throws themselves on rich men and he don't like these type of women at all.
He chooses her because he don't want to get married but for his grandma, he's doing it and he don't want any attachment . He knows how to handle that type of women they only wants money . He will provide her Money from time to time. And after one year he will divorce her and tell his family she's not the one and that he tried his best. He knows that after this his family will stop pestering him for marriage. He will prove them that he doesn't need woman in his life. That's the perfect plan he planned for his marriage in name only.
He talked for some more minutes and hang up the call and started working on his laptop. Next day he wakes up on time like always and left for his company. When he reached there, he directly go to the meeting room . There was already his client and his daughter Suzy waiting for him . She said to him -" I already know that I am the perfect woman for you and I am so happy that you choose me. I will be a good wife ."
He said to her without looking at her -" I am not interested in your bullshit." then he said to her father -" Let's discuss the deal."
For this contract marriage he offered her father a very good deal and they discussed about the deal. After this he said to her -" Now marriage contract." then his lawyer tell them about the contract.
She was shocked and said -" Are you serious ? only for 1 year and we will not going to sleep in the same room.... why ?... I am not going to sign this contract." she always liked him and wanted to be with him and specially his money .
He was a billionaire that's why she and her father wanted to tie him with them but because of the contract they will not get anything from him.
He said without any reaction -" Fine then there's no deal." the deal he offered her father was so attractive that he can' t say no to him.
In the end she agreed to his arrangements and signed the contract. And they left after this . Before they leave his secretary told them that everything was ready for the marriage and give them the hotel address.
