Ch-9: The Game of Power
"Girls, we have some work to finish before we hit the amusement park," I say, heading to my study.
In the kitchen, I overhear Olivia asking Yin Ren Tang to pour wine. But when Yin carelessly spills it, Olivia's fury ignites. "How dare you dirty my dress?"
The air grows thick with tension. I storm down the stairs, my anger boiling. "HOW DARE YOU TREAT MY FIANCEE THIS WAY?"
With one swift movement, I slap her, causing her to fall. "You're the reason for your family's downfall."
Tears well up in Yin's eyes, and she pleads, "Please, don't hurt my family!"
"I won't stop until your father understands the consequences of your actions," I vow.
"ITACHI!" I call, and he appears instantly. "Take this card to my mother and inform her that I want Tang Corporation in exchange for forgiving her unmannered daughter."
As Itachi disappears, I turn to Yin. "Your past choices have led us here. You will learn your place."
