After their meal, the group filed back out onto the street. Snowball was out, eyes bright as he sniffed the air, nuzzling Isabelle's chin and meowing every few moments.

He wanted down. She kissed the top of his head.

"Hush. You can stretch your legs again when we go home in the evening."

"Would the empress care to go see some street performers?" Tenshi asked shyly, bouncing a little on his toes.

As they exited the establishment, they could see a troupe of street performers busking for spare coins as they showed off their skills.

One juggled balls, while another walked a tightrope high above the ground. A third juggled fire.

Snowball struggled frantically as soon as he noticed what the performers were doing in the distance, apparently excited by the possibility of observing them up close, despite still being restrained in his sling.
