Yin Zhu of course knew nothing about such a thing happening behind her, as soon as she stepped inside the carriage the assistant of the carriage driver who was in charge of collecting the fare held out his little hand and said, "Two silver coins and a bronze." 

" Two silver coins? Thats rather a high price for fare," Yin Zhu remarked under her breath but she still moved to take out of the said fare because she knew that unlike the slums this was a society where the higher class lived surely the price of a ride would be according to the locality in which the local carriage picked the passengers. 

With her fingers, she pulled out the pouch that was lying inside the pocket of her skirt and then took the money out, she counted the two silver and bronze coins making sure that she didn't hand out an extra bronze coin since they were so small before handing it to the assistant of the carriage man.
