Capítulo 52: Safe Place

"Okay," Siti said.

With Siti's agreement, we didn't dither around and proceeded to the path to our right in a great hurry.

I was running the fastest I could when I realized that both Siti and I are still bound by my indestructible rope. It made me take a glance at her. I expected that she was athletic just based on her figure. Still, I thought she would have a bit of a hard time matching my pace, but she didn't. 

As we run, I kept glancing above, observing the cherry bombs dangling on the dark green vines. Almost all of them reached their maximum size. Knowing that they could drop at any second and surround us, I felt shivers go down my spine. Although both Siti and I are breathing as heavily as a person could, we didn't lessen our speed.

The end of the path is visible when all of a sudden, a cherry bomb fell at exactly the last step leading to the area that appears wide.

We were close.
