Capítulo 77: Do I even want to be his wife?

Eiravyne placed both palms on her thighs, her fingers curling into small fists. 

She felt a surge of uncertainty and tension. So much had happened, and she knew Ilkar wouldn't appreciate seeing her there in that moment. 

Her gaze flickered between Ilkar and Karl, unsure of how to navigate the situation.

Karl responded thoughtfully, "Hmmm... She was worried about you."

Ilkar's gaze turned intense as he looked directly at Eiravyne. 

"And she couldn't wait for me in bed until I woke up to ask me about what she did to me last night!" 

His tone dripped with sarcasm, his words laden with accusation and disbelief.

Eiravyne, unsure of how to respond to Ilkar's accusation, glanced at Karl with a pleading expression, silently asking for guidance.

Karl intervened to lighten the tense atmosphere. 

"She was a bit scared of your reaction," he explained calmly. "I told her last night to stay away from you."
