It had been a painful week of suffering and tears after I had been discharged from my four day overnight stay at the hospital. I was in constant pain for the first few days after I had woken up, but for once healing did not seem that gloomy with Benedito next to me. 

He slept in the hospital with me and did not leave my side unless he needed to go to the bathroom. My family and friends had visited multiple times during my stay. For the first time as well I could actually go through the emotions when I was in pain. 

Normally I had to suck it up and put on a brave face because I did not want people to see me weak but with Benedito I allowed myself to be a cry baby. On the third night of my return home, I woke up at 2am screaming in agony and he did not waste a second to put on a tracksuit, carry me to his Rolls Royce and drive me to the hospital.
