Madeline and Elizabeth's eyes connected, they stared at each other unable to utter a word only tried to communicate through their thoughts.

Madeline was bemoaning the stunning lawyer why she allowed herself to be caught by her husband while trying to communicate at the same time the difficulty she had faced staying with her husband after the news of their affair was made public.
