Jessica looked stunned by her answer. Beside him, Noah's face turned black from her unexpected answer. It seemed like she didn't even care at least whether he got married or not. Soon after, the company's car came to stop in front of Janet who skeptically ignored their looks and went into her car bashfully.

The car drove off lazily but Jessica and Noah stayed in a daze for a long while. After a short while, Jessica regained her rational thoughts but still tried to cover her embarrassment with lies,

" Sister must be very mad at us. That's why, she refused to talk with us, brother Noah."

Noah retorted quickly, feeling suffocated to think that she didn't care about him for real anymore,

" Don't think too much! Let's head back home. Janet is indeed busy. She has become a lot popular these days."

Jessica bit her lips to stop herself from letting out a snort. It seemed like Noah had always stalked Janet everywhere or else how would he find out?
