Lucifel, on the other hand, grunted in frustration as he stood up from the bed. He went into the restroom and changed his clothes, cleaning off any sign of bleeding.

When he was done, he walked outside from his chamber and headed directly to the hall outside where the mating rites took place.

'Do not cause any rift, Lucifel.'

"I won't," he said as if trying to ascertain himself. "But if father starts, I would have no choice but to end it. Is that not it, Lucas?"

'Stop being a headache.'

Lucifel walked slowly into the hall and his gaze fell on the longing look on the pack members as they watched him walk into the gathering.

His father who was busy having a chat with King Ruben immediately stopped as he noticed him. "Welcome, son," he uttered, an exciting aura lashing out from him.
