Capítulo 39: Fallen

Asmodeus and Mammon returned to the Legion's stronghold, their presence commanding attention among the demon ranks. Mammon, wearing a look of concern, couldn't help but confront Asmodeus about the recent encounter.

"Why were you engaging in battle with the Angels, Asmodeus? I thought your mission was reconnaissance, not outright conflict," Mammon inquired, his tone laced with caution.

Asmodeus, wearing his signature smirk, met Mammon's gaze squarely. "Investigations tend to stir up trouble, my dear Mammon. Those meddling Angels couldn't resist encroaching on our territory. I couldn't just stand idly by," he explained, his voice dripping with confidence.

Mammon, well aware of Asmodeus' impulsive tendencies, raised a skeptical eyebrow. "Your impulsiveness might lead us into unnecessary conflicts. We must exercise caution, especially when dealing with the Archangels," he advised, his tone firm.

Asmodeus chuckled, seemingly undeterred by Mammon's cautionary words. "Caution has its merits, but a touch of chaos can prove advantageous, my friend," he countered, his demeanor unyielding.

Mammon sighed, realizing the futility of convincing Asmodeus to adopt a more cautious approach. The Prince of Lust was, after all, renowned for his unpredictable and impulsive nature.

Asmodeus seethed with frustration, his anger palpable in the air. "I had the upper hand, but their God intervened, granting that damned Gabriel strength to resist," he growled, his voice laced with resentment.

Mammon scoffed at the notion. "Their God? Ridiculous! They're all Fallen Angels; there's no logic in their God aiding them," he retorted, his tone skeptical.

Asmodeus clenched his fists, his fury unabated. "It doesn't make sense, I agree, but something extraordinary happened. We need to be wary; there might be more to their powers than we understand," he replied, his eyes narrowing with suspicion.

Mammon and Asmodeus paused their argument abruptly as Lucifer, exuding an overwhelming presence, appeared alongside Belphegor.

"Are you two seriously squabbling?" Lucifer's voice carried an air of authority as he glared at them, his aura filling the room with an almost tangible pressure.

Belphegor chimed in, "Oh, come on, Lucifer. Let them fight and kill each other. It'll save us the trouble."

Mammon, annoyed, snapped back, "Shut up, Belphegor! We're not fighting." He tried to maintain control over the escalating tension.

Belphegor yawned dramatically, exclaiming, "Boriiiiing." With a roll of his eyes, he left the scene, uninterested in the ongoing arguments of his fellow demons.

Lucifer's eyes glowed with a menacing intensity, and his voice echoed with an otherworldly resonance. "Spill it," he commanded, his tone brooking no disobedience. The very air around him seemed to thicken with his presence, and the shadows cast by his form danced with an eerie, malevolent energy. Asmodeus and Mammon exchanged nervous glances, feeling the weight of Lucifer's power pressing down on them. Reluctantly, they began to recount their altercation, their voices faltering under Lucifer's unwavering gaze. Even the faintest hint of defiance vanished in the face of his imposing aura, leaving them both feeling like insignificant pawns in the grand scheme of Hell.

Asmodeus interrupted Mammon, his voice steady but cautious. "We found a group of Fallen Angels, Lucifer. They were interfering in our investigation." Mammon shot a resentful glance at Asmodeus for taking over, but he wisely remained silent under Lucifer's intimidating presence.

"Don't worry, Lucifer. It's nothing we just wanted to avenge the death of our comrade that's why we are arguing about who will go to kill those Angels," Asmodeus replied and Mammon just agreed with him.

Lucifer's eyes narrowed, his gaze flickering between Asmodeus and Mammon. "Avenge? By arguing among yourselves? I expect more strategic thinking from both of you," he said, his voice low and menacing. "If you want revenge, plan it properly. This display of incompetence won't serve the Legion well." Asmodeus and Mammon exchanged uneasy glances, realizing the gravity of Lucifer's words. They nodded in agreement, understanding that Lucifer expected nothing less than efficiency and cunning in their actions.

Lucifer's eyes glowed with an eerie crimson light, his imposing figure casting a shadow that seemed to engulf the entire room. His voice dropped to a low, chilling tone that sent shivers down their spines. "You have no idea the wrath you would invoke if you tamper with the delicate balance set by our kind. I am not just a leader; I am the embodiment of your deepest fears, your darkest nightmares. Cross me, and your existence will unravel in ways you cannot fathom." The air crackled with tension, and the room seemed to darken in response to Lucifer's intensity. Both Asmodeus and Mammon could feel the weight of his words pressing down on them, a reminder of the abyss that awaited any demon who dared defy him. They exchanged a nervous glance, fully grasping the gravity of their leader's warning.

With a deep, submissive bow, Asmodeus and Mammon lowered their heads before Lucifer, their expressions a blend of fear and respect. The room was steeped in a heavy silence, broken only by the distant echoes of Lucifer's menacing laughter, still lingering in the air like a warning.

"Very well," Lucifer said, his voice returning to a more composed tone, yet the air around him remained charged with authority. "Remember your place in the hierarchy of Hell. We may be fallen, but we are not without order. Now go, and do not disappoint me."

Asmodeus and Mammon quickly left the room, their steps hurried and their minds clouded with the weight of Lucifer's threats. They understood that their actions would now be closely monitored, and the consequences of any misstep were too dreadful to imagine. In the wake of Lucifer's presence, an atmosphere of trepidation settled over them, a constant reminder of the immense power their leader possessed, and the consequences of crossing him.

Lucifer, the Prince of Pride, once stood as the epitome of heavenly beauty and brilliance among all angels. His name, "Light from Heaven," held a profound truth, for he sparkled with an incredible radiance. In the celestial realm, he held a position of immense power, leading all angels under God's grace.

However, Lucifer's unparalleled beauty and authority began to sow the seeds of jealousy within him. Pride twisted his thoughts, whispering that he deserved the adoration and praise that were directed at the Creator. In his arrogance, he coveted God's throne, believing he should be the one worshipped. This pride festered until it consumed him entirely.

In a moment of rebellion, Lucifer dared to challenge the very heavens that had birthed him. He gathered one-third of the angelic host, luring them with promises of a future where they, too, could sit on the throne of creation. Together, they rose against God, a cataclysmic clash between heavenly forces that would forever alter the cosmic balance. It was in this act of defiance that Lucifer fell from grace, transforming from a glorious angel into the embodiment of sinful pride, leading the way for the creation of Hell, where he would become its fearsome ruler.

In the celestial battleground, where stars clashed and celestial beings engaged in a cosmic conflict, Lucifer's rebellion reached its crescendo. Led by the unwavering Archangels Michael and Raphael, the heavenly forces, imbued with divine might, stood resilient against Lucifer's treacherous revolt. The very heavens shook with the ferocity of their battle, light clashing against darkness, and the echoes of their conflict reverberated through the cosmos.

Lucifer, once the favored son of Heaven, fought valiantly but was ultimately outmatched. His pride had blinded him to the collective strength of the loyal angels who stood unwavering beside the Creator. Despite his unparalleled beauty and charisma, he could not overcome the sheer righteousness and unity of the celestial army.

As the battle raged, the skies became a canvas of divine fury. Michael, the Commander of God's Armies, wielded his sword with righteous fervor, leading the charge against Lucifer. The Archangels, fueled by unshakeable faith and divine purpose, fought with unmatched valor. Even as Lucifer's forces showcased their prowess, their rebellion crumbled beneath the weight of angelic determination.

In the midst of battle, Michael confronted Lucifer directly, their clash echoing across the heavens. With a resounding blow, Michael struck down the once-mighty angel, casting him out from the heavenly realms. Lucifer's fall was not just a physical descent but a spiritual plunge, as his essence was transformed into something darker, tainted by the very pride that had led to his downfall.

In his banishment, Lucifer plummeted through the cosmos, his glorious wings now charred and broken. The heavens mourned his loss, and the stars wept fiery tears. He found himself in a realm far removed from the heavenly light—a desolate abyss known as Hell. Here, amidst the eternal flames, Lucifer's transformation into a demon was complete.

As his essence mingled with the shadows of Hell, he embraced the darkness within him. The purity of his being was now marred, his once-golden soul tarnished by the pride that had consumed him. In this abyss, Lucifer's beauty twisted into a fearsome form, his radiance replaced by a dreadful aura.

But within the depths of his fallen heart, a seed of rebellion still burned. Lucifer, now the ruler of Hell, plotted his revenge against the heavens. He whispered promises of power and glory to the other fallen angels, drawing them to his side. His name became synonymous with the very essence of rebellion and sin, a cautionary tale in the annals of celestial history—a once-majestic angel turned into the embodiment of pride, now a demon hell-bent on corrupting the world he had once called home.
