Lily's eyes widened in amazement as she watched the Corrosive Slime extend a tentacle, a single inky digit, toward the vending machine. It was a risky maneuver, given that the Slime's acidic secretions could potentially corrode the machine, but Lily's curiosity was piqued. She had to know how this unusual creature would react.

The tentacle slid across the vending machine with an eerie grace, leaving a trail of corrosive acid in its wake. As it tentatively poked at one of the carbonated drinks that was spraying everywhere due to her earlier intervention, Lily's heart raced. It was an experiment she hadn't expected but was certainly willing to observe.

And then, it happened.
