------------
As Octavius left Gringotts, still under the watchful eye of the greedy goblin who had seen the artefact, he noticed a strange change in the street of Diagon Alley.
The street had been quiet before, due to the fear many had of the Death Eater attacks, but now it seemed deserted. As if life had left the place, leaving Octavius alone in the world.
A voice whispering a warning stopped Octavius in his tracks. "You are in danger" - the voice was cold and sounded as if death was taking his soul.
Octavius felt very strange at the moment, and when he regained control of his body, he quickly reached for his wand and cast a spell.
He realised that the voice had no ill intentions towards him, but was warning him of danger.
"Protego" - with a wave of his wand, Octavius cast the spell to create a circular blue shield around him.
Just as the shield took shape, it was struck by a spell aimed at Octavius. "Just my luck," a voice said as black smoke appeared in the street and took the form of Voldemort's Death Eaters.
There were six of them, cloaked in black, three on either side of Octavius so he couldn't run.
"An ambush?" - Octavius was surprised at the audacity of these wizards to attack him, but he also knew that Voldemort was furious at the Black Family's refusal to help him.
He watched the wizards who had set up this ambush, one of whom couldn't hide his curvaceous figure under the black cloak that covered his body.
It really was a sexy body, made all the more striking by the crimson eyes under the hood that seemed to pierce Octavius' body.
"Would you like to serve me?" - The sweet voice of the woman with the eyes rang in Octavius' ears, as if he couldn't refuse her request.
But just as he was about to answer, her power of persuasion coursed through his entire body, preventing him from falling for the charms of the vampire who was trying to control him.
Octavius' eyes glowed a deep blue and he asked the woman the same question. "Would you like to serve me?" - His ability activated and the woman froze, fighting against the powerful mental energy that overwhelmed her.
After a few seconds of waiting, the woman's blood-red eyes turned sky blue. "What do you wish, my lord?" - She asked.
But before Octavius could give an order, he was attacked from behind.
A bestial-looking man leapt up and swung his huge claws at Octavius' chest, but he managed to dodge at the last moment.
But Octavius was unaware that the man would not give up. The beast opened its jaws and sank its fangs into the Slytherin's left shoulder.
"Aaahhhhh" - Octavius screamed from the pain he felt and from the poison that came from the creature's fangs and now coursed through his veins.
"Lordeeee" - the vampire screamed as she ran towards Octavius to help him. "Are you all right?" - She asked worriedly as she held Octavius tightly in her arms.
"Get me out of here" - Octavius ordered before he lost consciousness and was engulfed by darkness.

"What the hell" - Octavius woke from the darkness that surrounded him, still struggling to get out of bed, his body completely sore. "Where am I?" - he asked as he realised he was lying in a deserted room he didn't recognise. At that moment, the old wooden door of the room creaked open, revealing the appearance of a beautiful woman with beautiful blue eyes, whom Octavius recognised for what she was, while still struggling to remember the events of the ambush. "What are you..." - The woman lunged at him before he could finish his sentence. Fearing it was an attack, Octavius reached for his wand, but found nothing, and when he moved, his stiff body ached completely.
"Damn it" - he cursed as the woman reached him, but instead of the attack he was expecting, the beautiful woman wrapped her arms around him and hugged him. "What?" - The young man was surprised by the action. "What are you doing?" - He questioned the vampire's actions.
"I'm happy, my lord" - the vampire smiled happily, preventing Octavius from understanding what was happening. "You've been asleep for a long time, my lord, I was afraid you wouldn't wake up" - she explained.
Octavius was taken aback by the news. "Sleep?" - he asked, trying to remember, but his head ached every time he tried to think of that day.
"Yes, my lord. After the day you were ambushed in Diagon Alley, your body needs rest to recover" - the vampire leaned on Octavius' body to explain, and he didn't understand the closeness and intimacy she had with him. "Since you were injured, I brought you to this hiding place and tended to your needs," she said as she used her hands to check that Octavius' body was all right.
Octavius concentrated and noticed that his body was different, it really wasn't the same as he remembered, he seemed bigger than before. "How long?" - He asked anxiously, a little afraid of the answer.
The vampire stopped smiling after the question, she knew it wouldn't be easy for her master to understand, not only the passage of time, but also some other facts he would have to be aware of from now on. "10" - she replied dryly.
"10?" - Octavius was even more concerned. "10 what?" - He asked again.
"It's been 10 years my lord" - she finally replied and went back to hug her beloved lord tightly, she knew he would need it.
"10 years, what the hell" - Octavius didn't want to believe it, but he knew that Vampira had no reason to lie, as he felt a strong bond between them.
"Have you been looking after me?" - He asked lovingly, stroking her hair with his weak hand.
"Yes, my Lord, I have looked after you every day" - she enjoyed the physical contact with her beloved Lord. The only thing on her mind was Octavius' well-being. "But don't worry, your appearance hasn't changed that much. You still look very young," she said, but Octavius didn't understand.
His head ached as the memory of being bitten by a werewolf during the attack came to his mind. "The bite?" - He asked.
"Yes, my lord," she confirmed, but for the first time her expression was very serious. "But it wasn't just the bite, his body rejected the werewolf's venom, so I had to use my blood to help him as well," she explained.
"Your blood? Am I a vampire now?" - He was curious, but his weak body didn't help him get an idea of what state he was in.
"Not really," she sighed. "Your body rejected everything, but at the same time something inside you consumed both poisons and made you stronger, I don't understand that," she said, still confused as she remembered the changes Octavius' body had undergone.
Octavius squeezed her hand and felt his body weaken, but he also felt that his magic was many times stronger than before. Perhaps he no longer needed his wand to cast spells. "What about my family?" - He asked, curious about what was happening to his family and the wizarding community.
"Your family?" - Taliah got up from Octavius' lap and walked to one of the corners of the old room, where there were a few piles of newspapers. During the time she had spent looking after her master, she had collected the papers so that she would always be informed of what was happening, since she had left Voldemort that day and become loyal to Octavius.
"Here, my lord" - she handed him a newspaper.
As Octavius held the paper and read what was highlighted on the front page, the anger in his body overflowed, his magic lost control and the density of the air in the room increased. A black aura was visible around the heir of House Black. "What happened?" - The tone of his voice was very deadly.
Taliah trembled with fear at the aura he was releasing, but she was also fascinated by the beauty her lord was imitating.
"After the attack on you, orchestrated by Voldemort, your family decided to fight back," she began to tell him what had happened after the ambush. "But during one of the attacks, the Blacks were betrayed and trapped, your father left behind and only your sisters survived" - with every word that came out of her mouth, Octavius' anger grew.
"Who? Who was the traitor?" - Even with his weakened appearance, there was no witch who would dare face Octavius now, the murderous aura he radiated made the old house tremble.
Fear and passion mixed in Taliah's heart, her master was perfect in her eyes. "It was the Bones family who betrayed the blacks" - she told him the true identity of those who had betrayed Octavius' family and led them into a trap set by Voldemort.
And that was what was on the front page of the newspaper, announcing the death of her father, who had fought to protect his sisters after they fell into Voldemort's ambush.
"Amelia?" - Octavius thought as his anger subsided and melancholy took over, his thoughts going to memories of Amelia, the sweet girl was from the Bones family and Octavius wished she wasn't involved in this situation.
"Coof... coof... coof" - he coughed as he began to feel weak again.
Taliah acted quickly and helped him lie back down to rest. "You still need to recover, my lord, sleep well," she said as Octavius' eyes closed and he entered the realm of dreams.
