Capítulo 35: A weird hideout for a weird guy

"Kian?" Daphne called out in a small voice. She had secretly followed Kian to an empty hallway in Alpha Dominic's house. 

"Why are you here? Did you follow me?" Kian asked, he tried turning to Daphne but stopped and held on to the side of his rib that was broken. He wasn't fully healed yet. Internal injuries always took him more time to heal than external injuries. 

"What is this place?" Daphne squints her eyes to look around the dark hallway. Other parts of the house were busy with people but this particular hallway was deserted. 

"This is like my secret hideout," Kian said truthfully, he knew different places around the house that were always deserted because there was nothing for anyone to do around there. On days like this when he got beaten up, he came to a dark secret place around the house to hide and let himself heal before returning home. 

"A weird hideout for a weird guy, I'm not surprised."
