"What do you think?. It sounds a bit too much to suspect a group of people pulling the strings at school. But it makes much more sense." Luca said.
"I guess so, but for now you should just focus on befriending Brent." I said slamming his car door and walking away. I looked over my shoulder at him before he could drive away.
"And Luca." I called out, "yeah D." He responded, his hands tightly gripping the steering wheel.
"Be careful okay, and don't screw it." I said. He grinned at me before starting his engine and driving off.
My eyes caught sight of a shop, a pastry shop, our pizza place competition actually. West deserved a thank you for all he's been doing for me, so I guess getting him a cupcake will do the trick.
I walked into the shop, amazed by the variety of cakes and pies, the place had a scent that reminded me of home. That freshly baked bread scent filled the air.
