Hours had passed since Noah and Xin Yan left the training ground. It wasn't until early the next morning that Noah opened his eyes.
Even though he could go months without sleeping, Noah felt comfortable in Xin Yan's embrace.
This kind of embrace made all his stress go away, making him drift into sleep without even realizing it.
His eyes slowly fluttered as they scanned the surroundings before a look of realization washed over them.
'To think I slept so peacefully that I even forgot where I was.' Feeling the weight of something on his body, Noah turned to the side, and a smile formed on his lips as he saw Xin Yan lying beside him with her hand and feet hugging his body.
Just like him, she also seemed to be in a deep sleep. Noah suppressed a chuckle when he saw Xin Yan's open mouth and the drool escaping her lips, falling onto his shoulder that was still under her head.
